Very noisy Shelving heights impractical Many places hard to reach for cleaning Manual (ironically titled Simple User Manual) is totally useless . It doesn’t even tell you how to set the temperature! There are 3 pages under Operations all about Smart Grid, and nothing else. What’s more, is that the entire booklet is badly written. Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this fridge 7 months ago & I HATE IT! Things fall out the back of the open drawer freezer onto the freezer floor (hard to reach). This is anything but a mega-capacity refrigerator, a turkey might be a difficult fit. Ice maker issues of years past were supposed to be fixed, they aren’t. It has 4 types of ice, they don’t work properly. Getting ice out of the door always has shavings making it messy whether choosing curved or crushed ice. The ice/water dispenser lever scratches easily. For the price paid, I am very very disappointed!! I do not recommend this product and will not purchase this brand again.

The shelves are easy to adjust and very spacious. The door shelves are convenient and accommodate big containers. Freezer space is large and easy to access. Convenient water and ice on door help to avoid opening fridge. The variety of ice is also a big plus. No more finger prints. Loaded on Smart Things App and now I get notified if it is left open and have access to temp. A perfect addition to our kitchen.

I love having the different shapes and sizes of ice plus the option of turning off any of the icemakers thru the app. The SmartThings app makes the refrigerator even better, setting the exact temperature on the refrigerator and the freezer. It let's me know that the door is open, even when I'm not home. The door alarm is perfect for those people who love to gawk hoping that food will jump into their hand. It sure made me jump. It has plenty of room, and the fingerprint resistant finish is extremely helpful in the middle of a renovation. I'm betting it will just keep getting better.

The large capacity is much nicer than our previous refrigerator and all the ice maker options are really convenient. I really like that it connects to wifi and provides notifications.

The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the fact that the left door will not stay open when I am putting groceries away, I have to pull the produce drawer out to prop it open otherwise the cold door will hit onto my back.

It's incredibly spacious, we love the variety of ice and the flexibility to turn off certain varieties of ice if we want. It's easy to clean and looks great in our kitchen!

I bought this fridge and it died in less than 5 months. Leaked all the Freon, and couldn’t be repaired. Customer service has been horrible. I’ve been without a fridge for over 3 weeks because of how long it takes them to send out 2 separate technicians just to say it’s broken. Then the refund process takes at least 5-8 business days. I can’t even go get a new fridge because I have to hold onto this one until I get the refund, or they might not pay me (per the agent on the phone, it could compromise my refund). We are a family of 4, and the fridge and freezer was stocked up, went away for 3 days and everything was trashed, room temp. They will only reimburse up to $200.00, which is INSANE for food. Nobody is willing to try and help the customer or make it right. I thought I might have had a lemon but the techs both said they see these go bad all the time, very dissatisfied with the product and customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a wonderful refrigerator. I have many Samsung products, so I was expecting a great refrigerator, and that is what I got. What really got my attention is the four different types of ice! I love ice and I always run out, so this is such a great added benefit! I really love the Ice Bites, they are wonderful. All that ice comes to goo use, especially if you have company over or having a party. The refrigerator cools really fast, it only took about an hour to get it to 37 degrees. There is so much space available in the refrigerator and also in the freezer, even with the two ice trays in the freezer. I like how the refrigerator connects to the Samsung app and how you can control the temperature and be able to turn the ice makers on and off just from your phone. The one and only thing I didn't like is that there doesn't seem to be enough lights in the refrigerator section. It seems to be a little dark towards the bottom of the refrigerator, but that is the only thing I did not like. The refrigerator keeps your food cool and fresh and doesn't disappoint at all. I definitely recommend this refrigerator and I am so glad that I purchased this one!
