Some food got spoiled .... getting it fixed is another  ordeal that I will communicate in another survey

Great Product but poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous refrigerator (a different brand) failed twice in its short fove-year life. Choosing this Samsung refrigerator has been a great decision because it offers great capacity, and a well thought out layout. So far, has been flawless in keeping my food cold. I really like the ice dispenser in the freezer making two different size cubes, and it being able to dispense ice through the door as well. I do wish the water flow in the door was a little more robust. The refrigerator has been very easy to clean and still looks brand new. Recommended.
