Great but smaller loads needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a beautiful machine. However, the ultra capacity is a bit misleading as I cannot wash a thin king size blanket in it.

Hello there, We value you for sharing your experience with your washer. We are here to assist. We recommend if you will be washing a king-size blanket, you only wash 1 type of bedding at a time. Also, please use the bedding cycle feature on your washer. Please see pages 38 to 39 under the "Cycle Overview (Bedding and Steam Bulky)" and page 30, "STEP 4 Determine the load capacity" section of the manual for more details. So far works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had it a week but so far it works well. I do wish it came with instructions of how each cycle could be adjusted

Samsung Bestoke Fromt loading

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is easy to use. Single dial to adjust everything. Wifi connectivity is great for alerting when the wash is done. Very quiet

Super Silent Bespoke Smart Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer was super silent and fast. I just got it and I have only used it once, I hope it remains like this.

Unsure about AI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We aren’t quite sure how the AI is working as the cycles all seem to operate the same. We have had it for about a month now though so maybe in time it will become more apparent.

Nice Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer about two months ago. I have yet to experiment with all of the features, but there are quite a few. the washer itself is quiet.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased this and I'm so happy. I needed something that was connected to smart things and was convenient to operate. Plus the size is what's an added bonus
