The endless options available, along with it’s AI technology makes the chore of laundry very pleasurable and welcome to you into the future.

Long story short, they cannot fix the terrible smells. We’ve had front loading washers for years and only had an issue with this specific washer. I’ve had Samsung repair techs come out twice and the only thing they can recommend is to do the usual self clean tactics. We’ve tried everything and have even over done it and it still smells. I suspect it’s not draining the old water because I have to open the drain valve and empty almost 30oz of dirty smelly water before EVERY WASH in order to have the clothes not smell. I shouldn’t have to do this before every wash with any washer, especially a bespoke washer.

I like how the drum is big, for a family of 5 am able to do my laundry in 2 loads before i had to 4 loads in my previous washer. The vibration reduction technology is amazing. i would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the design, technologically savy. Very smart washer. Pedestal should be included in the price of the washer. Should not be a separate purchase.
