[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the appliances in our new home were new Samsung. The controls on all of their appliances are difficult to read and operate. The sing-song alarms are horrific and must all be turned off but then you have no alerts at all. The washer controls have some controls that are lighted and some that are not like the start/pause control. Can't use in the dark but can't see in bright light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed my new Samsung washing machine. I love all the smart features coming from a 8 -year-old washer. It gets my clothes as clean as ever and I think the front load works better than my old top loader. Love the fact that I could stack the washer and dryer and save a lot of space in my washroom. They look great, I like that the doors are clear so you can see inside. There are so many different programmed cycles for different types of laundry and it's just so easy to use. It’s great to be able to check up on my laundry from the phone with the smart things app. Love that the drum is stainless steel, and it’s a very large capacity. I think it’s a great wash machine, it does its job well and I am happy with it. Would recommend if you’re looking for a new washer

I even received a small rebate from my utility (water) provider for purchasing this model. It can be easily connected to the Wi-Fi and the "SmartThings" app makes it really convenient to monitor and set up the desired cycles. You can even monitor the energy usage from the app and turn on the "AI Energy Mode".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking on pedestals. Machine balances and rebalances laundry for balance, then maximum spin so clothes come out damp but not soaking wet. Options for remote a little complex, but can be useful. Good purchase.

Stains seem to come out more easily than with my much-admired last washer that gave up the ghost. My Samsung has a lot of complicated wash cycles and options, so it is necessary to spend some time with the instruction manual to figure out what works for you. Long may this one live!

I have called multiple times, it's been 2 months! It started in French, now Spanish. No idea how it changed. Unable to get assistance on the phone. One service call was placed, but they canceled? Been operating from my phone!

This washer wrinkles clothes beyond belief. No matter how slow the spin. One of the cycles has not worked since install and I get an error code tell me to connect my hot/cold water hoses correctly. They are correctly connected. The dryer takes forever to dry.

So far everything is fantastic, the only issue being that the machine must be slightly larger than the one it is replacing, as it doesn't fit in the closet and allow the door to close. The plug prevents it from being pushed against the wall. A flat plug would have avoided this issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm only on my 4th load but they seem to be clean.I'm just concerned that there's very little water in the wash cycle.I'm used to seeing my clothes soaking in water and agitating. Just getting used to this. We'll see how this continues with different wash cycles.
