I've had my Windmill units for a few months, and they've truly been incredible. Beyond being high-performing and aesthetically beautiful to look at, Windmill's Customer Service is unparalleled - and the Bluetooth feature is a game-changer (i.e., after a recent vacation, I was able to turn my units on from the airport via my phone to ensure that my apartment would be cool upon my arrival). I see myself enjoying these units for years to come and have told everyone I know about how excellent they are. Thank you!

We have two Windmill Air Conditioners, the 6000btu and the 8000btu. Love them both. Very quiet and super easy to control using the app. We had an issue with one of them and customer service was awesome! Very quick to respond to take care of the issue and followed up to make sure things were right! Definitely recommend this company!

For most people an AC is an AC. I find that the Windmill 350sf AC has all of the modern features I want and a pleasing design. But my favorite thing about purchasing from Windmill directly through their website is that they care. I had two issues that most people would typically describe as a negative experience, but the way they handled it was impressive. I felt like l was dealing with a person that cared about their job and their company. Their attention, attitude and response exceeded my expectations. I don’t know of a better company to do business with. The installation kit is one of the best I’ve seen. The unit was the best fitting window ac I’ve used. The pieces locked in better and the hardware was complete. If you’ve installed window AC’s before, you will appreciate how great this unit is. The solid, foam, trim panels that cover accordion baffles on the side of the unit can be trimmed (with the included scissors) for a sleek look, light diffusing, insulated zone. The rails for the accordion baffles have measurements on them so you know where to trim them. The app is great, the programming offers you many ways to control your cooling. It lets you see power consumption, operate it manually or pick from a variety of schedules. I’m happy to support Windmill and will share this experience with my friends. —- My only suggestion is to make the remote magnetic so that it can stick to the side of the case.

I love my new Windmill AC, especially being able to check my apartment's temperature while I'm at work and adjust the thermostat remotely so things are cool by the time my young family gets home. Even after I had problems with a few things, the support team was absolutely incredible and super responsive to all my needs. I felt very well taken care of, and I'm so thrilled that I tried out this new company!

This was purchased to replace an almost 20 year old a/c unit that followed us from three prior apartments (RIP!) that in the end was so loud and took hours to cool the room down. The Windmill installed so quickly and easily, is incredibly quiet, looks great, and the room cools down so fast now. The app is a bonus. What's not to LOVE?!

We are pleased with the performance of the Windmill so far. It arrived at the perfect time- the first week of August 2022 as the heat wave was building back up in the North East. It is a much quieter air conditioner than any we have ever owned. Much needed!

I love my Windmill. It is quieter than the one I had before, it cools better, and it looks nicer. Also, it fits in my 39" window (wider than specified.) I asked if there was an adapter I could buy for the larger window. Francesca answered almost immediately even though it was Sunday: "...accordion side panels, which can go from edge to edge for up to 40" wide...the cosmetic foam panels that we send along with the unit to cover/hide the accordion panels for a sleeker look... can only cover up to 38", hence there would be a small gap exposing a small bit of the accordion panels" but not an actual opening for flies to get in. So, I ordered it, and it arrived in no time. I was able to install it (with a helper--it takes a holder and a window closer) before the heatwave that hit here last week. Even with the 1/2" gaps on either side it looks pretty sleek. I'm very happy I with this a/c unit!

So easy to install. I usually dread having to put the window units in every summer. Theses look so good and fit the window so well, I may leave them in. My moody teenagers love controlling the unit on their phones. They can cool the room down before they get home. I was hesitant to spend the money but it’s worth every penny!

Not entirely impressed. My room is roughly 300sq feet and I feel as if my 8300bcu unit has to run for entirely too long for it to cool the room down. Eco mode is not the move either, takes twice as long and doesn't keep the room cooled like when it's on "cool" mode.

It's a beautiful, stylish AC unit that is very easy to install, compact, and solid-functioning. My unit had a crack, and customer service dealt with the situation in a very responsible and smooth way and replaced it quickly. While appearance and design are top-quality, the AC unit also performs very well cooling big rooms, even in the hot summer in Manhattan. I also like the eco feature and the phone app, which allows me to remote control it while on the way home.
