Though I had trouble getting the AC due to shipping mistakes, the customer service team (especially Eli) was very helpful in ordering a replacement unit. The AC was well packaged with a well packaged installation kit. However my apartment needed some extra help to install due to the screws needing to have drill holes for it. Regardless of the installation being a bit more difficult, I really enjoy the AC. It’s quiet, does a good job and I love the app control.

What a wonderful air conditioner. Our first one had issues and Windmill promptly sent out our replacement which works great. It’s quiet and no glaring display while sleeping. Great customer service, thank you to the folks at Windmill for your time and assistance. You are very much appreciated.

I am so glad I upgraded to Windmill. Nothing was wrong with my old in-window AC unit, except that it was ugly. I wanted something more stylish, and what I also found was something much quieter! I didn't realize how loud my old AC unit was until I turned on the Windmill. I had to double check to make sure it was actually on - that's how quiet it was. And the fact that it has climate control and works with an app are just cherries on the pie.

Just received my air conditioner. It's actually the 1st AC unit I've ever owned, I've tried to stay away from air conditioning but it's just been too hot these days. So when I did research I wanted to find something that was quiet and had a nice look kind of unair conditioning looking if that makes sense. Even from when you receive it and see the packaging you know it's very different. I love it and I really love that I have it connected to my Alexa or I could use their app the app to turn it on or off at any time. Or set it up so that it will turn on automatically if it's a specific temperature in the room. It does say in the directions that you need 2 people to install it, so I ended up hiring a task rabbit which went very well but I will say after watching him him install it I think I probably could have installed it myself. It took him all of all of maybe 4 minutes to do it. He asked what brand it was because he said this was the easiest to install because of the way the install kit is prebuilt into the unit. He said he's going to buy one for himself!

This AC unit is SO pretty and it completely cools the room within minutes. The set up was extremely easy and stream lined. I love the way it looks, and I love that they thought to make simple covers for the accordion parts on the unit. I love that it's controlled by an app too. 10/10 I've recommended this unit to everyone who will listen!

The unit was very easy to install. Seems to be working well and the test will be this summer to see how it handles the heat. The installation package was missing a locking bracket but I was able to figure a work around. You might want to have a follow up with your customers six months after purchase to see if the unit is working as expected.

First of all, we were amazed at how quiet the unit is! The installation process was easy and while we got it because of the efficiency gains, the bonus has been that it looks good and has a very useful app to control it. It is definitely the air conditioning choice of the future. Highly recommended!

My initial Windmill AC that I purchased broke after a year of owning it. I contacted Windmill and their customer service was excellent along with their product warranty. They ended up sending me a replacement AC unit. Though I wish the product didn’t break from the get go, good customer service is extremely valuable. Their AC unit is awesome, cools down a large space quickly, sleek looking and you can control it via their app. Would highly recommend Windmill and their product.

Great unit, cools well and the design helps cool the room quicker which saves me money. I did have an issue and the company immediately reviewed and made things right for me so their ongoing service is exemplary. Best purchase ever. I highly recommend

We weighed investing in a ductless system vs the windmill and ultimately decided for our needs, the windmill ac unit was perfect. We purchased the 8k btu with the whisper tech feature since this is for our second floor and is placed in our master bedroom. Our central AC just does not really work for the second floor. This unit Iexceeds our expectations. It was super easy to install, it’s very quiet and efficiently cools not just our second floor but, as a bonus, also our first floor. We have our central air set at 80 degrees and the downstairs temp reads anywhere from 70-75, depending on time of day and outside temp. The upstairs is super comfortable and while we have the windmill unit set at 75 (on eco), it consistently reads lower. To be fair, we have a brick house and great insulation. My husband says this is the sleekest window unit he’s ever seen and he’s right! It looks good on both sides. We definitely do not regret our decision to just get the windmill vs the ductless system.
