I’m a huge fan! I purchased a new AC for my bedroom last summer, and was so impressed by the combination of cool and quiet I couldn’t wait to start replacing old units for other rooms in my house. My room has one, my wife’s home office has one, and my downstairs has a 12,000 BTU one that handles 3 rooms! I also have an air purifier and fan in my kid’s rooms, so they don’t feel left out.

This AC is such a huge upgrade from our regular window units. Not only does it look so much more appealing from both the outside and inside, it's way less noisy and the app is so helpful. We love it because when we are away we can control the air in our home to make sure our pets aren't TOO cold or TOO hot. Couldn't help but get one for each floor!

Have been living with small ACs for a while in a little bedroom. I love that the lights fade and it has an app (game changer on my walk home from work). Otherwise works really well and cools consistently. Very happy so far. Will update if things change

By far one of the best AC units I’ve ever purchased. It’s truly remarkable how quiet it is. Also the support team they have is equally as amazing! I purchased 2 of the WhisperTech 8000 btu units from Costco, both arrived and one unit wasn’t functioning correctly. The support team was very friendly and helpful. With a couple emails they were able to replace my unit. I highley recommend this company and their products! I won’t be buying any other brand of AC units going forward. Absolutely amazing!

We ordered 2 10k btu quiet units for our home and received them quickly. Unfortunately one of the units did not work properly. An email sent to the support team was responded to in a few hours, troubleshooting services suggested, and when that did not resolve the problem a new unit was shipped out to us quickly. It’s always frustrating to get a product that’s not working properly, but a great company sets itself apart by making a resolution quick and painless. Very satisfied with our purchase and will add a few more units to our 1525sft home in the coming season. Compliments to the design team and the customer service team.

This is a very quiet A/C and I'm surprised that the major manufactures are not producing the same technology. It's so quiet that any little noise will make one wonder. So a couple of days after installing, I noticed a chirping sound and contacted customer service to make certain this is normal. (still was quieter than a traditional unit). It was determined that the sound is not normal and must have suffered shipping damage. Without hesitation I was sent via express delivery, another unit. This is quiet enough that I had to wonder how it could cool, but it does an excellent job of that as well. Our sofa is in front of the A/C and it doesn't bother at all. The air blows up, not out. I love the wifi feature and the app is simple without complicated graphics. This outfit knows how to do it and I am a 100% supporter! I'll be buying more for other rooms in our 1920's Washington DC Co-Op

Overall, I have been very happy with Windmill products - very smart invention to include sleek design and the covering of the side fan panels - how smart!!! Unit looks cosmopolitan installed and not messy. Everything fits pretty snuggly for a good look in the home.Thank you!

I love this AC, it cools my whole downstairs very quickly and is so quiet. Easy to install and more sleek looking than other ACs. I had an issue with my AC at first that it was making a weird noise and they were extremely responsive and helpful in fixing the issue.

I ordered the 8k whisper tech and all I have to say is wow! We live in an old home that doesn’t have central air, we do have a mini split, but if the bedroom door is shut, it can reach up to 80° in there. Some years we install the old, loud AC unit in the window but I don’t like it because it’s so loud and I wake up at 2 AM freezing. The whisper tech wouldn’t even wake up a cranky newborn. It is so quiet. I was a bit nervous about opening up the pocketbook because of the cost but it was well worth the money! Thinking about another unit for the spare bedroom. What I love most about this unit is that it auto shuts off when it reaches a certain temperature and the quietness

I’ve had my eye on Windmill since they first came out. Once it came time to purchase a new AC they were the only one on my list. So far, so good. I’m not disappointed with my purchase & more importantly my cat approves. It’s my first summer with her & I knew I wanted something I could control remotely to ensure she is comfortable while I’m working. Love the companion app & the option to use with Alexza since I have a smart home. Customer service has also been top notch. I don’t typically write reviews but wanted to show support to this New York based company. Partnership with Task Rabbit is also appreciated. Used them to install.
