Very happy overall. Washer is a bit touchy when trying to wash a washable pillow. Difficult to get the load to balance enough to complete spin cycle. But still a very nice washer.

1) There is a weird chemical smell - especially after using the steam setting 2) The machine vibrates, shakes, and rattles 3) The machine is noisy and makes grinding noises
