It’s been 15 years since I had a new washer and I was a bit nervous about all the new features on this washer, but I am sold, sold, sold on it now!! The clothes come out cleaner and the multitude of options make doing the laundry so much easier.

Immediately after purchase I found a loose screw rattling in the tub. A single call to Customer Service resolved the issue- replacement of the unit at no charge. LG actually answers the phone! How unusual. We really love the washer and dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how automatic this washer is. Just load the clothes, pour a little detergent in the pullout drawer, select the cycle and start it. The machine does the rest.

I bought this a few weeks ago. So far I like how it washes clothes with no residue. There is no light in the machine and th e panel is very cluttered and dark. It should be all back kit for easier reading.
