It’s a character flaw I know, but what can I say? I’m forgetful. Anyway. This has changed my life. I now get notifications to remind me, I can completely customize wash cycles, it’s so easy to use. I love it.

Very easy to use. if you purchase this model it would be a good practice to wipe the door rubber ring dry at the end of that day washing so you done have a odor problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the WM4000HWA a few weeks, but so far it is quiet, efficient, does a good job cleaning the laundry, and lets us know when the wash cycle is done, even if we aren't at home, via the LG ThinQ app.

We bought this last month. Except for a marginally useful manual and some poor functional design decisions, it is working fine. The manual, including the longer online version, is not well written. For instance, the description of the available wash cycles is not particularly informative. For each wash cycle it just gives a table that lists the detail settings which you can already see on the front panel. It doesn't tell you how it does the actual cycle (like agitation characteristics, etc.). Also, the online manual mentions cycle selections which don't seem to be available on the front panel (like Waterproof, Bulky/Large, and Jumbo). We wanted to wash some waterproof items but didn't know how to do that since Waterproof is not an available cycle selection and the manual fails to list what the characteristics of a Waterproof cycle are. I checked the available Downloadable cycles (using the app) but Waterproof is not one of the available options. Also, the ability to download only a single cycle seems like an unreasonable restrictive design decision on the part of LG.

So far, no negative issues.The resulting wash is so clean and smelling pleasant. Compared to my old washer, this LG washer is of high quality. I really recommend this washer.

This is a recent purchase so I can’t speak to the durability of this product, but so far I am satisfied. I have gotten an error message when using early on, but just reset and it resolved. Hoping that this product will live up to the testimonials I reviewed prior to purchase/

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using LG for a long time. The reason is that their technology is good, and they are easier to use and prettier than other places. In particular, this purchase was a lot of concern over Samsung and LG. However, due to some problems, my worries quickly disappeared, and I chose LG, and the choice was excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer works great… does everything you need and more. My only issue is the wifi does not 5Ghz routers. If you have a multiband (2.4ghz and 5Ghz) router, you have to trick the washer into connecting by leveraging another device.
