They lasted pretty long and had no major issues until recently, especially with the washing machine. I find LG brands to be very reliable. That's why I bought a brand new set. The washing machine is awesome as you can use your phone to see in real time action. It has a cool music at the end of the drying task. The buttons are easy to understand as well. It also reminds you to do a tub clean which I think can benefit it in the long run.

I LOVE IT! i REPLACED AND OLDER LG FROUNT LOADER, WHICH MY FRIEND TOOK AND LOVES IT. i HAD A LITTLE ISSUE WITH THE TOP AND THE SERVICE PEOPLE TOOK CARE OF IT. ONLY WISH WOULD BE THE TOUCH SCREEN EASIER TO READ WITHOUT HAVING TO TURN ON THE ROOM LIGHT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer with the matching dryer. The versatility is very fascinating with cycles for just about every imaginable situation. My only complaint is that communication with the app is not always reliable. It does not always alert me when a cycle is done. One little bit of advice on placement - the washer door opens to the left, the dryer door to the right (but can be switched). If possible, place the dryer to the right of the washer for easy transfer of your load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only one problem limits my rating from being higher: tge instructions are not precise. I'm a go by the book king of girl. What the instructions say, I do. The options are not available unless tge door is closed and the start button is activated. No where in the instructions does it say to hit start to then choose options. That little detail would have been important to know to find for example, cold water wash. It took a long time to figure that out by myself and left me wishing I hadn't bought this thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched numerous manufacturers and LG was by far the winner against all competitors; it wasn’t even close. The design, the quality and the performance is second to none. In terms of value and aesthetics, there is no competition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Installation was easy. I have used several cycles and all seem to work well. The only downsides: (1) the bleach receptacle is tucked back and its difficult to pour the bleach in without spilling, (2) the fabric softener receptacle has residue in it after washing (I didn't overfill), and (3) with HE washing machine it seems the laundry if much more. wrinkled after the cycles.

The TurboWash saves time, the wifi tells my phone when clothes are done, and everything has come out smelling and looking better than it had before. So happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read reviews and chose LQ for our next washer. The last one was a problem from the point the manufacturer warranty expired. The LQ washer has very good features, has a clean modern design and fit perfect within our laundry alcove. Best part is the connectivity with our smartphones so that we know when the wash is complete. It is quiet and you can hear it only barely as it cycles through the was. Our clothes come out clean and fresh and nearly dry after spin. THis is a highly recommended product and I am glad we made the choice.
