[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does anyone else start the laundry, and then get distracted and forget about it? No? Just me? That’s fine. I NOTORIOUSLY forget about the laundry. It’s a character flaw I know, but what can I say? I’m forgetful. Anyway. This has changed my life. I now get notifications to remind me, I can completely customize wash cycles, it’s so easy to use. I love it.

This is the second machine we bought. A couple years ago we bought this machine for our apartment. I do a lot of laundry. Never had a problem.We purchased a second apartment and as we never had a problem with the machine, bought a second identical machine for our second apartment.

They worked so good our daughter bought LG for her new house last year. We just built a new house close to her and also bought our second set of LG washer and dryer in January 2023. They work great , for the daughter and both sets of ours. Highly recommend LG appliances!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it based on reviews and not surprised it's working as reported. Also not surprised that a) WiFi connection doesn't work and b) LG support re that issue is useless. This will not be your introduction to The Internet of Things.

I've had this washer for a few weeks. The combination of the turbo wash and the nearly dry spin works for my every day pet messes. The app is an excellent addition, I can see from anywhere in my house when my load will be done. It also let's you download different washing programs, but I haven't had a need to use it yet.

A leak was discovered quickly and parts were ordered; however the repair was delayed for another 4 weeks. Turns out the warranty period starts at the time of payment.

I searched and searched through different brands and decided on LG for “life is good”. My front load washer is AMAZING an I love the smart tech that connects through the app. I would highly recommend LG for laundry needs!

So quite, uses little water and detergent, and does a fantastic job. Many settings, smart washer. We have not tried all of the features as of yet, but learning as we go. Excellent product and does a wonderful job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much improved over my 16 year old LG front load washer. Excellent features, although I wish the wifi features were richer. It would have been nice to be able to start and stop a wash. Maybe its possible from the iPhone, haven't figured it out yet.
