I really like the communication feature between the washer and dryer, automatically selecting the cycle for the dryer based on the wash cycle. Everything was very easy to use and load after load no issues to report. So far so good. Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer had detached hook from drum to the assembly and made a horrible noise on test run. LG responded promptly and sent technician. I have been satisfied with the washer since the repair but cannot give an excellent rating because of the initial issue. LG response to the problem was excellent, so a point in their favor.

Having one I was really surprise these machine can clean really good with matching 5 water sprinkler and don’t need to dry the clothes longer in the dryer. Hopefully it will last the machine life

Only complaint is that seems to be no dome light. The machine is in the garage and it's hard to see inside when getting clothes out.

Found this pair on sale and it had good reviews. Using it has been easy and I’m very happy with the choice we made. Does a great job getting clothes clean and dry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a month ago and like it very much. It is quiet and does a good job on all kinds of clothes. As with the matching dryer, though, the directions in the manual could be more detailed.

We purchased this washer approximately 2 months ago. I can’t believe how much I love it. The difference in the way this washer cleans and our previous washer is amazing. The cycles run quickly and the ability to be notified thru Wi-Fi when the cycle completes is so handy. The black steel color looks great. This is the first front load washer we have owned and being able to have the stackable unit in our small space is perfect! Would definitely recommend!

It has great features including allergiene and sanitary which we absolutely love! The captivity is fantastic! It fits huge loads including bedding which actually has its own setting. Everything comes out so clean!

I love my new washer and dryer. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the "manual" is not helpful on how to change some of the settings. A good video should be designed to help a new owner. Changing temperatures is not intuitive and the written manual... which you have to print if you want it in hand, is of little use. LG needs to get someone to write the manual who is clear on what to do at each step of the washing... giving all options and how to change them.

My new front-loading washing machine is wonderful. I previously had a top loader and I thought I would not like this kind, but I was wrong. Getting laundry in and out is a breeze. More importantly, the machine works great, is almost entirely silent, and it looks pretty great, too.
