[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought our washer in September. It was a welcome addition to our home! My clothes are cleaner with less water and the machine spins out so well that my old dryer is drying the clothes is about half the time that it use to take.

It get my clothes much cleaner than my previous machine and is very easy to operate. I did have to buy the pedestal to raise it up for easier loading and unloading. I am very pleased with this washing machine

i bought this machine brand new in May. it worked well until it didnt. this machine unexpectedly malfunctioned in September. it had a faulty valve that caused there to be uncontrollable water relwase from the machine which caused a large flood in my home.

We bought this just a few weeks ago to replace another washer that was over 10 years old. The cost to replace it was over half of a new washer so we decided to buy new rather fix old. I have to say I'm quite impressed with the features. We've really come to like the towel setting and especially the sanitary wash. The turbo wash also really does a nice job getting clothes clean. I was a little skeptical about the Wi-Fi functionality but I'm actually starting to like it. It lets me know when the cycle is done and how much time is left. I've even put the clothes and detergent in and set it for remote start. Then, about an hour before I leave work, I remotely start it so it's done when I get home. Now, if I could only purchase the matching dryer ...

It is a little noisy, but I only notice that because it is in my kitchen. If you have a separate laundry room, you probably won’t hear it at all.

They are very quiet in operation, easy to use, and vibration free even with full loads. Controls are easy to understand. We haven't had a need to use the wifi capabilities but they were easy to set up. I highly recommend LG

A washer and dryer I think officially marks that point of adulthood where you’re not linger a young adult and now you’re officially a full blow adult. Well, we don’t regret purchasing these!! Everywhere we lived before had washers and dryers provided until we made this last move and we’re surprised to find we’d have to either rent a washer and dryer or purchase out one. Well we decided it was time to make our first large appliance purchase! We’re a military family meaning we move every few years and wanted to ensure we got a product that would get the job done and make some moves with us. So, we looked into a lot of “smart” washers and this seemed to be the best! It works amazingly!!! Having four kids, two cats, and a dog means lots of messes and LOTS of dirty clothes and this always gets the job done. Not to mentions it gets it done a lot quicker than any past washer or dryer we’ve had! It’s so great our friends actually bought the same set in a different color! We plan on using LG products for future home items!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm satisfied with this machine. I replaced a 15 year old Bosch nexxt 500. The heater on that machine stayed on to maintain temperature throughout the cycle. And there was more flexibility with temperature. The heater doesn't stay on on this machine throughout the cycle. I knew that before I bought the machine. My frustration with this machine is that I can easily get a 158 water temperature or 109.4 for hot. I can't seem to get anything in between. I often want something hotter than 109.4 but not as hot as 158. Other than the temperature issues, I like the machine. Clothes seem to be clean. And, I like that it runs smoother than my old machine.

Within the month of owning this unit we have done multiple loads of laundry with no faults at all! The machine is whisper quiet, respectfully, and it very user friendly!! Along with ease of use, the LG app and the ThinQ technology allows us to be away from the unit and home and monitor the status of each load! I highly recommend this unit and it’s sister dryer unit!

New features include weighing everything, larger loads, easy instructions on front, quieter, less water and love the chimes when finished.Bought the grey black this time.
