However, I feel like the wifi/app compatibility is trying to collect a lot of data on me, rather than being a convenience. I also had issues with the delivery people rescheduling and not contacting me, everything had to be initiated on my end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay,so I have owned my washer (and dryer) about 2 weeks ago and I have to say, I was skeptical about buying LG’s as I have never owned any of their products BUT I absolutely love it!!! It is so quiet and big. I bought a king size quilt just after getting the machine and there was plenty of room for it in the washer.

Clothes get clean, I don’t have to use a lot of water or detergent, and the cycles are faster than my old LG. I’m pleased with the improvements; this machine is a joy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really glad that these models are on the small side of full size so they could fit in the closet space on our 3rd floor. They hold so much!! The washer is a little loud and the dryer often needs to be run for a bit longer manually to get the others dry - but otherwise I've liked them a lot.

However the control panel looks like it’s touch control but after finally calling customer service I found that the options are only available with certain wash settings. For example you can’t choose cold water for a normal cycle which is odd and annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this washer. I was skeptical at first to buy a front loader but learned that the manufacturers have fixed the "water in door" issue. A rubber circle that drains is now in the door which the water can drain out of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a high end front loader for the last 15 years which I loved. Unfortunately it broke and was unrepairable. I thought a washer is a washer is a washer. Right? Boy was I shocked to see the improvement in this new machine made over my beloved old machine. The wash cycle time of the new machine is a fraction of the old machine, it’s quieter, uses less water and electricity and vastly improves the cleaning of the garments. I was shocked! I highly recommend this washer. If I had known how much better this was I’d have replaced the old one sooner.

After review, the washer had all the options we wanted and our visit to the store made the purchase easy. After a few weeks we could not be more pleased with our purchase. Wife believes it is easier on our clothes and cleans better than our old washer.
