do not buy LG products , do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY ANY LG PRODUCTS, 3 of 5 LG products have broken down within 8 months of owning them

Switched from Samsung and very glad I did this washer is great and the customer service is great as well much better then Samsung which is the worst

I got a lemon

I got a lemon. A year and a half later the drum cracked and leaked water. Have to replace the drum and install at my expense.

Washes clothes

Front door assembly holds water in rubber grommet. Solution you have to wipe off moisture after ea. load to avoid mold.

Manufacturing Defect

I bought it in June, and it still does not work. I have purchased 4 LG appliances in the past 6 months. All are good except this one.

Love the fact that I can start it when I’m gone. Now I can put 2 loads in one and big enough for comforters.
