[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 16-year old washer (and dryer) with this LG washing machine and chose to also buy the matching pedestal so the drum door is a little higher up. The machine is easy to use and surprisingly quiet. The cycle options are just enough for me and are very clearly displayed. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.

Bought my 1st set in 2006 and it was still working in 2020, when i got my 2nd set of LG washer and dryer. Parts were scare to get so we decided it was time for a new set. These have been great products. I love my new LG washer and dryer. Quiet operation , Washes and dries in no time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and absolutely love it! It takes quite a lot of clothes per load and they come out spectacularly clean. I was apprehensive when I washed my first load because I filled it with clothes, put in my detergent and Downey, pushed the power on, chose my cycle and pushed start...it said 29 minutes to wash. My previous LG front loading washer was always at least 55 mins per wash. The 29 minute cycle for my clothes clean and I love it!! Great product and easy to use!

My wife is looking for more clothes to wash she likes them that much . I guess I can buy more now 🙂 . We replaced our old pair of LG’s that were 15 years old with this new models and she likes them as well as the originals . Upgraded controls , larger doors and quieter . 5 stars again for LG .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and stand about six weeks ago, and have been very pleased ever since. The Turbo Wash & Steam settings are especially nice. The work clothes that are washed are always very stinky & dirty, but the washer does an excellent job of getting everything clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last fall and wish I had bought it sooner! It does a great job of washing clothes and extracting almost all of the water in the spin cycle, which cuts down on drying time. This is my second front load washer and the door seal has been greatly improved over my 30 year old model! I only wish a users guide would be included with the machine in addition to the operators manual in order to show all the features of the unit. I do not like going online every time I need to refer to the users guide.

I like the selection of wash cycles, notifications to app and Amazon Alexa, and the support for cold water wash. I also liked that it supports using liquid detergent with a time-delayed wash. I was disappointed that the detergent compartment is too small to hold what Tide recommends for a full HE load. I can only pour up to level 4 out of the 5 levels listed on the measuring cup. I was also disappointed that the storage pedestal cannot hold a 92 oz. Tide bottle. My previous HE washer could hold the full level 5 of Tide plus the full level 2 of Clorox 2 color safe bleach, and the pedestal could hold the 92 oz. Tide bottle.

Great basic washer! I wish everybody can try this one.
