[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for about a month and so far it works great. I wasn't sure if the Turbo Wash would be worth the extra money, but it is. I really cuts down on the time it takes to do a cycle without sacrificing your clothes getting clean. The app that you can use on your smartphone is handy, but it had some quirks to get it paired with the washer. Once set up on the phone, no problems. The washer is very quiet and it doesn't stick out so far into the room compared to some others, which was one of the deciding factors in getting this one. The front of the washer has a smoke colored cover on the door, which I'm not sure I like or not. It's a little too dark so you can't see very well whats going on in the washer. However it makes the front of the door perfectly flat and looks sleek. The inner window is actually tempered glass and not acrylic which is impressive. All in all very impressed with the washer so far. Cleanliness of the clothes is far superior to the HE top load washer it replaced.

My previous washer could not handle the blankets for the bedroom, but the LG has handled the blankets and everything else. I knew 6 months ago that when the time came for a new washer, it was going to be a LG. Why? Two reasons - I had an LG Dryer that I loved and Consumer Reports rated the LG washer I wanted #1. Now it's time to look for other LG appliances for my home. Thank you so much LG!

I haven't had my washer all that long yet so I can't attest to its longevity, but so far I've enjoyed the 30 minute wash cycles and clean (looking and smelling) clothes. I haven't had any problems with the washer smelling like mildew (an issue I had with a previous front load washer). So far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer to replace a seven year old washer with a bad bearing. Have done several loads of laundry and this washer is extremely quiet. Clothes come out very clean. WiFi connectivity is not necessary, but it convenient as it notifies us when the load is complete. Very happy with this purchase.

Like a lot of electronic devices, it has many more features than I'll ever use, and it takes a little study to understand what's useful and what's not. (I can't imagine using my phone to control the thing when I have to be physically in front of it, for example.) But the basic operation is evident and easy. The big test: how long will it last without failure? That's my gold standard, and it's way too early to tell.

I really like the communication feature between the washer and dryer, automatically selecting the cycle for the dryer based on the wash cycle. Everything was very easy to use and load after load no issues to report. So far so good. Great washer

Washer was purchased in December 2020. A sensor that is attached to the motor went out about 3 years later. I was glad that the motor was still under warranty, but if it goes out again in another 3 years, it will not be under warranty and I'll have to pay for a new motor. I expect appliances to last more than 3 years. We'll see how things go with the new motor.

Our new was installed and we definitely noticed cleaner clothes. The turbo wash is fantastic and with the App, it will send a notification that your load is done (also when it’s time for a tub cleaning). I would recommend this washer to anyone looking for a new washer or just an upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this washer works very well, I do have one issue about which LG and online information have not addressed: on the fastest spin cycle, the washer emits a high whining noise. Is that normal? Some sites have said that the noise will disappear after the machine has been used 6 or 8 times. It hasn't disappeared. I would just like a response from the company about this matter. Otherwise, clothes are clean, machine works well. I haven't used the wifi capability.
