We did some research on Consumer Reports and decided we wanted to purchase an LG washer/dryer pair. At our local appliance store, we found the model we were most interested in and purchased it during a sale. So far, a great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I were in need of a new washer and dryer, and initially had chosen a different LG model, until we walked by this one in the store. I told my husband this and the corresponding dryer would be our next set in a few years, but he loved the aesthetics of this one so we decided to get it now! Obviously it's visually stunning, the design is sleek and the color is amazing, which is what caught our attention in the first place. We live in a townhome, which means our space is limited, so it's nice that this is a relatively compact design with a HUGE capacity. The functionality is also great – it's got amazing features (we love the Turbo Wash) and I swear it's making my clothes softer and smell fresher than our old machine. Each cycle is much faster than our old machine too, even for large loads and bedding/towels! Also, the final spin gets out a ton of water, which speeds up dry time as well. I literally evangelize about this machine to people, and even though I've had it for just under a month, I think I've done about 100 loads of laundry because I'm just so excited about it (being an adult is weird). Seriously, you won't regret getting this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using for a month and it’s really easy to use. Bought the washer dryer pair together. Washer and dryer settings are great. Wash time decreases automatically if a small load. Dryer tells you if the vent is clogged so it doesn’t burn out the heat element. Very happy so far.

I bought this back in November 2022 and since the beginning is being causing me issues , so disappointed. The problem with my washer is that shows IE error code even we checked everything was set up correctly. I can barely was 3 loads in a day because it takes like to 2 hrs and then it get stuck with the same error and have to restart all over again is been so stressful . Another thing, is that I’m not able to use softener it will stay there is doesn’t run like the soap . I Have to dilute with water and poorer inside . Issues I didn’t expect with this brand and is taking a lot of my time to do something so simple .

Although it took about four weeks to get my machine, it was well worth the wait. It is extremely quiet, very gentle on my more delicate clothes, and has great features. I haven’t yet washed a comforter in it yet, but it looks like even a king comforter would fit with room to spare! The darker color I purchased is beautiful too. Although I have only been using my washer now for about a month, I am extremely pleased with it!

I've replaced another brand top loader with the LG front loaders. This is my third LG washer and I couldn't be happier with the features. There's more cycles than I need but it's nice to know that I have them if I need them. The washer itself is very quiet even on a high spin. I'm not encountering any off balance like I did with my top loader.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After dumping two washers made by other companies LOVE my LG! The LG has wash cycles to fit every laundry need. It is very quiet with very little vibration even though it is located on a second story floor. I highly recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG 4.5 CU. FT. ULTRA LARGE CAPACITY SMART WI-FI ENABLED FRONT LOAD WASHER WITH TURBOWASH 360 AND BUILT-IN INTELLIGENCE almost 2 months ago and my clothes have never been cleaner. I can load it up with clothes and the Turbowash ensures that each piece of laundry comes out washed perfectly. I have tried out the bedding setting with multiple dog beds and it works great. The only problem I have had was when I mixed sheets with a heavy blanket. The water logged blanket would unbalance the washer. Spinning the blanket separately solved the problem though. All in all the is a great washer. I will be trying out the other settings as the year goes on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this machine for a month and am very happy with it thus far. It's a step up from my old top loading machine, has larger capacity, runs quietly and the cycle is pretty quick. The menu of choices is large and intuitive. So far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the washer for two weeks and love how quiet it is. My desk is located next to the washer and dryer and it is fairly quiet. I also love how gentle it is on my clothes and yet gets deeply ingrained stains out. Even the third party delivery person remarked that we bought the best washer. He says that people rave about these machines and they are much more dependable than the others that he delivers.
