[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer a month ago. It cleans better than any front loader we have ever owned. It is relatively vibration free and offers advanced features like turbo and steam wash. You can also download custom wash programs for things like wool sweaters. It is controllable via Wi-Fi as well.

I've had this washer for just 2 months, but discovered it will leak (a lot) if too much detergent is used, and "too much" is less than the amount indicated as "max." If it's this fussy about the amount of detergent, then the machine should be doing the measuring; I shouldn't have to guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer for a year and there is always a surprise 1st you have to DRAIN IT or it will do it itself all over your floor, 2nd the MOLD around the rim of the door is RIDICULOUS, constant cleaning after each use NO I'll do it later! 3rd it SHAKES the FOUNDATION to the house causing STRUCTUAL DAMAGE! 4th Now it has ERROzr codes IE if it isn't the water valve then it could be water pressure not enough for the washer to do it's job. Like really I didn't buy it on clearance or a second store "USED". At this time I should have went with a TOP LOADER! Learned from my MISTAKE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an LG front loader washer/dryer combination 20 years ago. I had to remodel the set up for the Washer to fit. I didn't know how lucky I was until I went to replace the machine that it lasted 20 years. So I decided to purchase the dryer as well. I really like these machines. The only negative was the soap dispenser. After years of water running through, the front panel on the inside started to rust. The dryer had no negatives. I only wish I had purchased earlier when my son was playing sports. I did put purchase the pedestals.

Haven’t made any changes to the regular cycle because there are no instructions in the book for it. You have to download a pdf for that info and I have not been able to do .that. Couldn’t talk to anyone at their support place - all on line communication

I was unhappy with this washer at first due to the amount of soap it leaves in the clothes when only one rinse cycle is used (the default, likely a requirement for the 'Energy Star Most Efficient' rating), Fortunately, it has a dedicated button that lets you add rinse cycles. Some programs allow 2 extra, and others 3. When extra rinses are selected, there is a mini spin cycle between rinses, and the turbo water jet feature is used to wet the load. Sometimes a small amount of suds are left after the extra cycles, but it is minimal.

Lingering perfume and deodorant scents were not left behind, and the clothes really feel clean. I'm looking forward to utilizing all the different cycle options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second purchase of an LG cloths washer. We left our previous unit with the home we sold in PA as part of the sale. It was 6 years old was an excellent purchase. Our only disappointment was we had to purchase a more expensive model because the matching dryers were not available, supposedly due to covid. The less expensive model, which is like we left behind, would have served our needs just fine.

And we are not disappointed, its works perfectly and it is much quieter than our previous washer. Love the Bluetooth and app features, I will never forget that I have clothes in the washer again with the push notifications that are send to my phone.

We're very satisfied with how quiet it operates, and the range of options available for different types of loads - e.g. for towels. One note - we purchased the (empty) pedestals... they add significant height to the units, which is convenient for loading/unloading; however, make sure there is enough room under existing cabinets. In our case, it is now difficult to reach to back of overhead cabinets without using a small ladder or stool.
