I took this as soon as I got home today and my back doesn't hurt anymore. it's a little sore but it doesn't hurt, and I am able to relax enough to feel sleepy. which is a plus. as any pain reducer goes it works.

This medicine is heart safe and works extremely well. My back and neck pain have diminished greatly since taking this. I am very happy with this product.

Then I started with this, and I am amazed at the difference. It has not only NSAIDS for inflammation and pain, but caffeine to help with the headaches caused from the back pain! It's just a double whammy of relief!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This extra strength aspirin worked well for some neck/shoulder pain I was experiencing. It was a coated pill that was easy to swallow. The only downside for me was that it has caffeine. My pain is worse at night and I couldn’t take it at this time.

I popped two of these babies immediately but unfortunately this did not give me the relief I craved.

I use the regular strength one quite frequently due to back and knee pain but decided to turn it up a notch and go with the extra strength. And i can say i am happy i did! The extra strength provides enough extra "kick" to relieve the aches.
