[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an open surgery last July and have experienced excruciating shoulder pain ever since, the doctors say it’s from the gas that they use. Anyway, I used one today when I just couldn’t take the pain anymore. About 15-20 minutes later the pain subsided. Enough that I could actually do my weights workout tonight. It’s currently about 11pm and I still don’t feel the pain. This is great

It worked for me as a muscle relaxer but doesn’t make you drowsy at all ,it actually makes you feel more alert and energized ready to continue doing what you were working on.It doesn’t work instantly but once it kicks in it takes the pain away completely the effect is long lasting only downside I don’t recommend taking it at night .It kept me awake and I didn’t know why until I read the ingredients coffee .I’m very sensitive to caffeine so if you are too just don’t take it at night . I really do recommend this ,it does work. I only gave it a 4 because it kept me up all night because of the caffeine but I will still use it just not in the evening .Great product for back pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally liked this aspirin. It did not cause any allergic reactions but it is not faster in relieving pain than other aspirins. I would probably buy this again though because it did assist with my back pain from gym.

Personally I am a coffee drinker and would prefer products without caffeine since I like to limit my intake.

This helped tremendously with my back pain from walking/riding coasters all day! Only took about 10-15 minutes to start feeling some relief!

I’ve had issues with my back since I was a teenager, specifically scoliosis of my spine. I’ve had three surgeries in total, and have lots of hardware fused to my spine to correct the curvature. As you can imagine I’ve tales lots of OTC pain medication and this is best one for me. I like that it’s specially made for Back and Body which is what I need. It definitely helps improve my pain, wouldn’t use anything else!
