I have been getting back into gardening recently and am out of shape, so it creates back problems for me with all the stooping and bending. I took this extra strength aspirin and felt relief within minutes, it has helped me to sleep better at night because I’m not tossing and turning trying to find a comfortable position with back pain. I would definitely recommend!

I honestly never had a bad backache during my sampling period so this may work better for more extreme pain. However, I did take this for minor back aches a couple times and didn’t really notice a difference from taking anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a classic Bayer product! The pill is easy to swallow despite a larger size than most pain relief I take, and it acts fast and works. I don't have back pain for three to five hours after taking it.

It gave relief in around 15 minutes and lasted for about 6 hours. I’m not sure if it really did any more good for back and body aches than regular pain reliever but it does work well.

I popped two of these babies immediately but unfortunately this did not give me the relief I craved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was glad when I received a sample of the Bayer Aspirin Extra Strength from Influenster that I didn’t “need it” however with a few days of lawn care to open up the summer, I was reaching for it each night as my back pain started. The two nights I took the caplets, the pain substantially went away! While I am not someone will need to take these everyday, I will be carrying with me whenever summer chore season and home improvement projects are on the list! Thank you!
