So when these survived I was skeptical but took 2 to try. And within only an hour maybe an hour and half my neck and headache wasn't hurting. The tightness was still in my neck but the pain was gone. I was super happy about that as a mom of 3 I will be buying these from now on. I usually have back and knee pain so look forward to trying these out on those areas
