I’ve never tried Bayer aspirin extra strength back and body until now and I wish I had discovered it a long time ago. It makes the pain almost non existent and lasts the entire day. I keep some on hand now and use it at the first sign of discomfort.

I just didn't notice a huge difference in my back pain. On the other hand I did have a headache when I took these and it helped that more than the back pain.

Having said that, these really do work well and they did help my back pain. No bad taste like some others and the relief was long lasting

I took one not thinking it would work because Aspirin usually doesn't help my pain. I definitely recommend it took my pain away faster than anything. I actually fell asleep after I took it. Fortunately, I do not suffer from chronic pain but just like anyone else I get the occasional aches and pains and I think this product helps quite a bit. Since it has caffeine I can’t take it too late in the day but it also doesn’t have a high dose of caffeine (35 mg) so adding it into my morning routine along with coffee doesn’t make me jittery or give me any side effects. In general, I did not notice any negative side effects from taking the medication and on days when I had a minor neck or back ache I noticed a significant reduction in pain. I like how it is the Bayer brand so I feel like I can trust the quality and potency of the product. Overall, I would buy this product and highly recommend it.
