[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bauer Apsirin Extra Strength is a good product to keep on hand for those with back issues that are unable to take other pain relieving medications such as Ibuprofen. It works fairly quickly at providing relief.

It helped full the pain in my lower back and legs but I got a stomach ache about an hour after taking it. I do have gastritis and have to be careful about taking medicine like this in an empty stomach. Next time I’ll try it with more than just coffee and water.

Fortunately, I do not suffer from chronic pain but just like anyone else I get the occasional aches and pains and I think this product helps quite a bit. Since it has caffeine I can’t take it too late in the day but it also doesn’t have a high dose of caffeine (35 mg) so adding it into my morning routine along with coffee doesn’t make me jittery or give me any side effects. In general, I did not notice any negative side effects from taking the medication and on days when I had a minor neck or back ache I noticed a significant reduction in pain. I like how it is the Bayer brand so I feel like I can trust the quality and potency of the product. Overall, I would buy this product and highly recommend it.
