At the first sign of uncomfort in my tennis shoes (you know like 8 miles into my day lol) I took my dose and continued on. Relief was quick and long lasting and I would definitely recommend.

The Bayer back and body gives me the relief that I want without feeling like I’m taking a strong medicine. Didn’t report any issues or side effects but your mileage may vary.
