It's a very strong medication and the caffeine really boost the effects. I start feeling the pain ease up pretty quickly. Very satisfied with this product.

It helped full the pain in my lower back and legs but I got a stomach ache about an hour after taking it. I do have gastritis and have to be careful about taking medicine like this in an empty stomach. Next time I’ll try it with more than just coffee and water.

I used these today and was able to get alot more done. It's pretty affordable. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone having mild back pain. I generally have back pain daily mild to extreme. probably kicked in at the 30-45 minute mark. I would like it if the pills were a little smaller though I do better with round tablets instead of larger capsules.

I didn’t think it hurt that bad at first but the next day I was super sore. So I took this and within in an hour I felt some relief.

Aspirin often upsets my stomach, but not these. These caplets are easy to take and digest. They don’t irritate or upset my stomach at all. They offer quick relief. I always have them on hand and would highly recommend them.
