What I noticed was the pain did return too soon to take another dose. Therefore I wouldn’t recommend this for all day relief as you cannot safely take another dose.

When I had my first child I ended up getting an epidural that forever put my back on restriction, It doesn’t take much for my lower back to start inflaming, and it hurts! First day I lived with the pain. The next day, I remembered that I had the Bayer Back and Body Relief. I took two in the morning. Definitely made the pain go away and my day was much more comfortable.
