[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I periodically experience lower back pain that be very impactful on my day to day, making it very difficult since I spend a good portion of my day sitting down, which one makes the pain worse and last longer. Last time it go this severe, I had to go to a chiropractor for help. This time, I tried to this medication. After taking it, it took roughly half hour to an hour for the pain to reduce to a barely noticeable level, and within a few hours the pain was mostly gone (spiking only if I did something that would impact my back). After two days of taking the medication, the pain was mostly non-existent and I did not need to continue medicating - which is a major, quick relief for me! This will now be a staple in my home pharmacy.

I can feel it lessening in the first hour. The next time I need something for aches and pains I'll reach for this.

The design was nice but didn’t touch my pain and I needed something more of an all day . No I would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bauer Apsirin Extra Strength is a good product to keep on hand for those with back issues that are unable to take other pain relieving medications such as Ibuprofen. It works fairly quickly at providing relief.

Took the first 2 at night and didn't notice adverse effects of the 32.5 MG of caffeine in each easy to swallow caplet. I'll definitely consider making a purchase the next time I need a pain reliever

Only down fall is that i have to have something in my stomach before taking the medicine.
