It gave relief in around 15 minutes and lasted for about 6 hours. I’m not sure if it really did any more good for back and body aches than regular pain reliever but it does work well.

I only took one dose so maybe if I did 2 doses that day it would help my back pain. I do recommend giving this a try because everyone is different and it may work for you.

I’ve been exercising more recently and it can come with some not so fun aches and soreness. I used these and found that my pain went away quickly and I completely forgot about it for the rest of the day. I could have taken more if I needed it, but it wasn’t necessary.

So when I get home home relax I take those and feel much better and get great sleep from no pain anymore. Sometimes I'll take it before work so it won't be as bad coming home. Then, I started prepping my summer camp program and working 60+ hour weeks half staring at a computer screen. I am a teacher and do not often spend much time in a chair at work let alone at a computer in a chair. I was getting sore all over! This product worked like a charm to ease my soreness and muscle tension after a long day.

I don’t think there’s anything to improve. Perfect the way it is. I would say it’s affordable for the way it works. I definitely recommend this product to others that have a lot of pain!
