This pain med includes caffeine as a secret weapon to combat your pain. I think it works well for an over the counter pain medication. I was able to go on about my day without crippling pain. The other awesome part was it helps with migraines too unexpectedly!

Funny thing, when I got this I was actually having lower back pain that day. I took it and after a little while it numbed the pain a bit. It didn’t take it away completely. I don’t think it’s going to replace what I normally use but this will work in a pinch.
