I took 2 of the pills and about an hour later the pain had subsided quite a bit. It wasn’t completely gone, but I could tell a difference. I then took 2 more pills around 3:30 this morning because I woke up with a headache. I went back to sleep and woke up about 4 hours later and my headache was gone!! I was pleased with this product and I recommend it to people who can take aspirin products. I give it a 4 out of 5 rating. I didn’t give it a 5 because not all people can take aspirin

My husband got injured on his back so he got back pain, Lucky this voxbox came in my mailbox, I told him to get this one, within half hour it reduce his pain almost no more. Most pain meds don’t normally kick this nerve pain but this has helped extremely! I am also caffine sensitive which this aspirin has but it is not a huge amount of caffine so it does not create any side effects for me

These episodes could sometimes put me out for days, with the pain intense and lingering. This product has worked great to help mitigate that pain. It works fast and is effective without bothering my sensitive stomach or any other side effects.

This has helped get rid of leg pain, back pain and just general aches that come with the job. It kicks in in about 30 minutes which is great. It had caffeine in it so it keeps us going. Overall great pain reliever.

He came home one day after working out on the ladder I told him I had Bayer asprin and once he used it he felt much better! It saved me from having to walk all over his back!
