[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have chronic tension headaches where the pain starts in my upper back, neck or shoulders (basically half the days in a month I have a tension related headache). This looks like a game changing product for me. I received this product on day 4 of my recent streak of tension headaches and within an hour I started to feel relief in my neck and back and my headache finally eased up. Will continue to buy this product to keep on hand for times like this. The pills are also not overly large so they’re easy to swallow for people who struggle with larger sized pills.

It worked for me as a muscle relaxer but doesn’t make you drowsy at all ,it actually makes you feel more alert and energized ready to continue doing what you were working on.It doesn’t work instantly but once it kicks in it takes the pain away completely the effect is long lasting only downside I don’t recommend taking it at night .It kept me awake and I didn’t know why until I read the ingredients coffee .I’m very sensitive to caffeine so if you are too just don’t take it at night . I really do recommend this ,it does work. I only gave it a 4 because it kept me up all night because of the caffeine but I will still use it just not in the evening .Great product for back pain

The other night I took a couple of these Bayer Aspirin back and body and within an hour I could notice some relief. I still need to give these a try a few more times but so far I’m impressed!

When I got these as a sample I was excited to try as the other name brand I was using was not lasting long. I took on before work and when I got off. I haven't woken up in a while without having back pain. These work like a charm. I already purchased the full size bottle!

There’s nothing I would do to improve this. I’m very happy it comes in extra strength. I always have a bottle in my bathroom and in my purse!

My body reminds me I'm not young anymore. Here and there I need something strong to sooth my aches and pains on my back. Bayer back and body really helped get rid of that pain. I didn't have to keep taking it every hour. It really lasted and didn't get me all drowsy and sleepy. My husband took 2 pills after work and was able to wake up feeling refreshed. We will definitely continue taking these pills for our back and body.
