This aspirin is amazing because it is an aspirin with an added caffeine. This one little caplet acts really fast on taking any body and back pains. It's a must have in my household and my purse.

This looks like a game changing product for me. I received this product on day 4 of my recent streak of tension headaches and within an hour I started to feel relief in my neck and back and my headache finally eased up. Will continue to buy this product to keep on hand for times like this. The pills are also not overly large so they’re easy to swallow for people who struggle with larger sized pills.

Many have worked but unlike the others, Bayer lasts a lot longer. I only use it in the AM and if needed, sometimes in the evening. When I do use it in the evening, I wake up without pain the next day. I am glad that Influenster sent me this item in exchange for my honest review, otherwise, I'd of continued to be in a lot of pain.
