[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is always complaining about his back hurting, so when I received these and he came home from work hurting, I told him to try these and see how they do. He did and shortly later he said he felt better. He went bike riding around the neighborhood and when he got back he said he still felt great. This says it 500 mg of aspirin and 32.5 mg caffeine and to take 2 tablets every 6 hours, so total of 1,000 mg of aspirin. I work as a medication aid and I'm not sure if I ever given more than 325mg and most just take 81. I'm also the type of person that don't take medicine unless really, really need to. I would say to be cautious taking these and not to take them excessively or ask your doctor what he thinks is OK for you to take.

He didn't even last a day - it doesn't help with his back pain. It took the edge off the cramps I was dealing with, but not enough to be my go-to.

My feet are still a bit tender but the swelling has gone down. I wish that this product not have caffeine, though, since I avoid it after 2 pm. This limits when I can take the Bayer product.

It worked for me as a muscle relaxer but doesn’t make you drowsy at all ,it actually makes you feel more alert and energized ready to continue doing what you were working on.It doesn’t work instantly but once it kicks in it takes the pain away completely the effect is long lasting only downside I don’t recommend taking it at night .It kept me awake and I didn’t know why until I read the ingredients coffee .I’m very sensitive to caffeine so if you are too just don’t take it at night . I really do recommend this ,it does work. I only gave it a 4 because it kept me up all night because of the caffeine but I will still use it just not in the evening .Great product for back pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I was excited to try the Bayer Aspirin I did not know what to expect as I've never taken a Bayer product. I'm not sure which ingredient in the Bayer Aspirin made my back and legs feel better, I just know that it worked and fast! Given that the sample was literally a few pills I've purchased a full sized bottle to keep on me for my long days of standing and moving around.
