I usually take ibuprofen for pain and inflammation, but I wanted to give aspirin a try, and since Bayer has great reviews I figured I'd give it a try. I took two of these and within about 15 minutes, my back pain started to subside and the relief lasted for a long time, I'd say close to 8 hours. Definitely worth trying if you are a back/neck pain sufferer like myself.

I have back & body pain daily, I take these only here & there as I don’t like taking things all the time. They help tremendously and act quite fast with lasting effects.

Kicks in quick and works well! Only downside can be it seems to wear off a bit quick but I was doing a strenuous activity so that may have played into it.
