I went on a a fairly decent hike and my body was over it by the next morning. I took this twice and found nice relief. It works without a doubt.

I am pretty impressed how well this worked. I hadn't tried an aspirin with caffeine for body aches (only headaches) and it really made a difference over other pain killers I have taken. Give this a try if you experience any sort of body pain!

I had worked in the garden so i worked up a backache and these were a semi fix for the back pain. make sure to eat alittle something with as they can give you a stomach ache. We both tried it and found it helped. Now I want to experiment with regular Bayer and see if that feels differently. The only thing I don’t like about this is that it contains caffeine.

And it took quite a while for the little bit of relief I finally ended up getting. They are very average pain killers in my opinion.
