He takes them maybe once a week or so depending on how his body is feeling his joints and for the rest of the week he’s feeling fantastic. I definitely recommend it.

Kicks in quick and works well! Only downside can be it seems to wear off a bit quick but I was doing a strenuous activity so that may have played into it.
