Research shows that a small amount of caffeine can help people who are in a lot of pain. I can say there is a noticeable difference in the effectiveness and wellbeing produced by this product as compared to typical aspirin.

I just recently got back into the gym and have been feeling pretty tender in not only my joints, but my lower back. Barely over thirty, I don't normally keep any thing in the house to help relieve this problem. But this box truly came at the perfect time. The dual action formula, containing aspirin and a pain relief provided fast relief for my achy joints. I really appreciate how fast my muscle aches and joint pains went away. He doesn't like to take medicine and is stubborn but I managed to get him to try these. He said they actually helped him while at work to manage his pain. The small container is good for him to keep in his lunch box to take to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Bayer back and body pain reliever. 500 mg of aspirin and about 32 mg of caffeine. When I took it during the daytime it definitely helped with my back pain and muscle aches. Being that it contains caffeine I personally would not take it after 3 o’clock or so, but that’s just me. Overall I would say that this product works just as well if not better than other Bayer products I have tried, as well as similar products from other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an open surgery last July and have experienced excruciating shoulder pain ever since, the doctors say it’s from the gas that they use. Anyway, I used one today when I just couldn’t take the pain anymore. About 15-20 minutes later the pain subsided. Enough that I could actually do my weights workout tonight. It’s currently about 11pm and I still don’t feel the pain. This is great
