Not knowing what else to do, I decided to try medication, and used these Bayer Back & Body pills one night before sleeping - Within just a few minutes of taking them I could already feel the pain subsiding, and I got my first full night of sleep in about a week that night. I continued taking these whenever I had pain flair up, and they were continually as effective as that first time, until my back healed up. I'm always going to keep some of these around for the next time I inevitably hurt myself!
