The pills are a bit larger so if you have a hard time with bigger medications I'd recommend cutting them in half.

I'm not sure how these work for a stronger pain though since my pain level was mild and not from an injury.

If you are someone who has back and body pain all the time this really isn’t for you. If you’ve had an extra hard workout that day, yeah give it a shot.
