[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a larger fridge then came home to find that an 1870 house has lower kitchen cabinets so had to cancel. Most large fridges are 70" high so ordered a small model. The only thing I am disappointed in is that I have to remove a shelf to accomodate bottles of orange juice, ice tea, lemonade. AND I don't have a place to reinstall it that is useful. I have an LG washer 5 years now and love it so will stick with LG.

It has the room we needed as grandparents caring for 4 little ones during the daytime hours. All products are now easily viewable and accessible. The freezer is a dream with plenty of space while keeping everything frozen. I've even decided to hook up the ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this a few weeks ago. Since we live in an older home, we were VERY limited on size regarding height. (From other comments when researching today's refrigerators, we are not alone.....when will manufacturers realize not everyone wants to do or can afford a major kitchen remodel to accomodate a fridge?!) After a lifetime of the standard freezer on top with standard door(1 of 2 choices we had), we decided we liked the other option of this more modern look of the LG French door. It's taken a bit to get used to and it is somewhat smaller than our previous fridge so it take some getting used to. We would have bought a larger size one but then they increase the heights of the units and - alas - that wouldn't work. It's a nice looking fridge and seems to work just fine, so hopefully it will prove to live up to the reviews we read and what LG promises. In contrast to others comments about how adjustable the glass shelves are - we didn't have any problem with the choices. It would have been to have the door bins be more adjustable, but we made it work. The ice cube maker makes LOTS of nice smaller sized cubes and the freezer is quite adequate in size although I recommend using extra bins to be able to organize the area. We like the inside lighting in both the top and the freezer. The outside SS finish isn't exactly finger proof, but does wipe up easily. We didn't think a fridge needed a sound notification if the door was left open(we no longer have kids in the house!), but we found that we do appreciate it - apparently we were so used to the 'force' it took to close a full door, that we forget and when we use the same strength to close the smaller doors, they sometimes bounce back and we soon here the sound warning....so that's a good thing. Hopefully over time we'll get used to a gentler closing! Once more, can't give it a five star review since it's way too soon for that - check back in 6-12 months! Other wise this presented as a well built an thoughfully designed fridge. Now if only we could have gotten one a few inches wider, we could have our old cubic foot size back....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good refrigerator but the t two adjustable shelves on each side leave little room for tall containers such as milk or orange juice, Had to remove on of shelves on left side and put it in storage to be able to use the refrigerator the way we want to.

Few choices in 30" refrigerator if you want water in the door. This LG was expensive and I'd think the Quality Control would be better. If you close the right door before the left, the seal flips backward, not to the right, and the door doesn't seal. We wondered why the doors were sweating! I don't see any adjustment.

We needed a narrow width fridge to replace an old appliance without a total re do on our kitchen. There are only a few options for 30” on the market. We wanted an ice maker, which really leaves only 2-3 choices. This one was available and a reasonable price. The layout is good. We have a water dispenser on the outside. Bottom freezer. Sadly the ice maker is inside. There is no external dispensing. Oh well, this seems common these days. The shelf space is good on the main shelves and it’s nice to have three drawers. The spacing on the door caddies is a little frustrating. You either have to loose entire shelves or you can only keep shorter items in some. The French doors have a catch that keeps them from closing. You have to push pretty hard to close the fridge. If you don’t it has an incessant alarm that goes off. This is terribly annoying that it’s so hard to close. This is a big design flaw. The other design flaw is the freezer shelf. When you open the freezer the top shelf tracks with it. They are connected, so it is very difficult to access your food in the bottom bins without dealing with interference from the shelf. Again this is a big design flaw. The rest of the fridge works well and has a sharp clean appearance. Overall satisfied but wanting for improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love most of the features of this fridge. The bottom freezer is roomy, the water filter works well and provides cold water. I like the ice maker on the bottom half. My only complaint is the shelf height is pretty low. I’d either have to take out a shelf or lay everything down to have it fit. Otherwise very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator 2 yrs ago, everything worked fine until recently - the compressor stopped working and we lost all the food in the unit. An appliance repair guy got it working again but we are waiting for a warranty repair order to make a permanent fix. That is, replace the compressor or replace the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The interior of the refrigerator sports a sleek and innovative look with much needed added space due to the design of door shelves and interior shelving. The lighting inside the refrigerator is great. There is a soft alarm that goes on if you forget to close the refrigerator doors after around 10 seconds, which has helped me already on those late snack nights. The french doors are much beter than a single door. The freezer, although on the bottom, is designed to easily locate anything and a convenient ice maker slides open as you pull the bottom door open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful fridge. Needed a 30” so it fits perfectly. Needs better internal design to enable shelf adjustment to accommodate taller items. Worried about the linear compressor as online reviews are poor in performance deter 3 years.
