[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] from the moment we plugged the fridge in the freezer has never worked properly. the seal is poor and so we have a massive frost build-up, now the ice machine won't work. we're manually defrosting the unit every week, repairs are near impossible to schedule and the last technician we had out suggest an entirely new unit. this is such a headache for such an expensive appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator because it fit the spot allowed in our condo kitchen and because it had a water dispenser. We ere surprised to find out how spacious it is inside. The cheese drawer is huge, and shelves can easily be rearranged to accommodate large items over the holidays. Freezer is also capable of holding lots of meat and ice cream. We love this refrigerator!

Took a bit to adjust but love having the refrigerator section on top and freezer below. Not as much bending as before and the two doors eliminate exposing the whole frig interior when getting something out

Only hang up is shelves inside and on doors don’t jack Ve a lot of adjustment options limiting your abilities as far as tea pitchers and tall items.

I have to get out of bed ouch the fridge and try to get back to sleep before it starts again. There is some kind of spinning mechanism under the fridge that is causing it. Tried leveling it every which way, but nothing helps.

Based on our experience wits the old one we have a thermometer inside. We very quickly learned the temperature has been very consistent. Bottom line: we are very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 11 month old refrigerator and the cooling section went out. Nov 3rd to November 22nd and no service. We called and pretty much begged to get service. Just a run around. How can you do business like this?

When our 25-year-old 30" wide side by side refrigerator suddenly "died", we immediately headed out in search of a replacement. We knew we wanted a "French Door" style to replace it but we had difficulty finding one to meet our width requirement until we saw this one. It fit our needs perfectly.
