[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the refrigerator for a month and find it is a good appliance with some desirable features like water dispenser, bottom drawer that is well arranged. Overall, it a very light feeling appliance, and interior shelves can be arranged to suit my needs. It does not give warning that door is not completely closed, left door can't be opened without opening the right one, finger print marks also are constant annoyance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a small kitchen so this 30 inch french door, bottom freezer is perfect. Very quiet and even cooling throughout the unit. In door water and freezer ice maker is very nice and useful. Easy to clean and plenty of room for all our need,

I like the product, but the freezer design is bad. When you open the freezer drawer, the pull out drawer portion only comes out 5 or 6 inches. You can't reach the back of the drawer, or take the ice bucket out. You have to pull it out over a major stop, then you only get a few more inches. I don't see a reason for the stop. This drawer should be able to be pulled out all the way without any stops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original regfrigerator was a side by side freezer/fridge, and it was 23 years old. When I purchased it, I did not have all the grandkids I have now, and it became too small as it really did not hold that much and was narrow. As a result, I had to have another fridge which was in the garage. It happened to be an LG and worked great. Plus, for xmas, my sons, helped me purchase a new LG stove, so I said to myself I needed to get a new refrigerator also. After researching all brands, I decided on this LG refrigerator, since the one we had had for several years in the garage was a good one.. This fridge was the right size, and had the right features that I wanted. The freezer on the bottom has been a great feature as it is easier for my 83 yr old husband to get in and out of with less ease than our old one. It has been a god send as it looks great in my kitchen--adding some flair--plus has more room in which to hold food, plus looks great with the stove. I am very happy and thankful that I was able to purchase it to match my stove. A win win all around. Now I just need to be able to purchase an LG dishwasher to match the other appliances and I will be thoroughly happy with my kitchen--it will be more modern than it looked with the old appliances!

The freezer has a top shelf that does not slide out all the way , making it very annoying to reach anything in the back. I hear the chime a lot because I thought I closed the door but didn’t :nice feature.

That said, it has all the options we were looking for, not a complicated door with too many tricky options, and yet offers three kinds of ice! it is quiet, looks nice and really works great. I highly recommend it. We even purchased LG's extended warranty to protect it through the years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as part of a large kitchen remodel. It was one of the only 30" wide fridges that had a water dispenser. So far, so good. It's generally quiet though every once in a while we get a humming sound that goes away after a few minutes. Looks nice and easy to clean. Fits a lot for a small fridge.

It also keeps our food at correct temperatures. Wish you made it 2 or 3 inches wider but for the size gives us plenty of space for . food

We can find things easier with having everything at eye level. Items in our old side by side kept getting pushed to the back. We were restricted by opening and we had just 2 refrigerator to choose from. The LG French door or another side by side. We love the LG, so much easier to see things in the top and in the freezer. Makes a lot of ice too. The ice tray holds a lot. The only thing I wish for is smug resistance. Shows hand prints. Having a training issue with husband lol to use the handles.
