[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We remodeled our kitchen in December 2021 and updated all major appliances; refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The last time we updated appliances was in the 90's, so we really like the features we didn't have in the old ones. The refrigerator is quiet and the french door configeration is exceptional.

I've had this refrigerator over a year now, and am basically pleased. As always, when getting used to a new appliance, there are a few things that are different from my previous appliance. I wish there was more storage in the door. You really need long arms to utilize the rear space on shelves. Those are minor issues. Overall, I am well pleased with the appliance. I love the ice maker and bottom freezer. I had always had the top freezer, and this is much more convenient and it is spacious. Although there is no magnetic surface on the doors, there is some room for magnets and messages on the sides. I would recommend this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance is very well made. The shelves and plastic baskets on the doors are very robust, especially when compared to other brands. It is extremely quiet, and the temperature setting for both freezer and refrigerator sections produce the exact temperature selected. The only thing I would change would be to make the stainless steel fingerprint proof.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG appliancies are my #1 choice since LG is an ethical company and has state-of-art technology. I finally got ride of a 25+ year old giant fridge and bought a LFDS22520S recently. I chose it because it is affordable and fits in my rather small kitchen. However, surprisingly, it seems to have more capacity than the old one. The LED ceiling light both on the fridge and on the freezer walls gives clear view without being obstacles. The French doors are smooth and tight. The freezer door has another inside drawer, so you don't have to dig out to find stuffs. The ice maker works perfectly and the water dispense has no drips (kids proof:)). There is no noticible noise from the fridge.The kitchen and the fridge in particular is the favorite place/thing for my 3 teenage boys. It makes the whole family happy. I strongly recommend it to anybody who is looking for an affordable and slim fridge that serves big capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, my children bought this for my birthday in 2021. I was thrilled because I wanted a bottom freezer with French door upper refrigerator. It was a bit different setup than my previous refrigerator and took a while to adjust to the different shelf and door storage configurations, but eventually, I made the adjustment. I was surprised how deep the refrigerator is and kept changing where I put what. Then I had two children return to the fold and still haven't found how to arrange our different styles of sorting. Nevertheless, I am basically pleased. Unfortunately, in less than two years, the compressor gave out and had to be replaced. Fortunately it was still under warranty, so other than the inconvenience of waiting for service and replacement it was not such a big deal. I am hoping there won't be any further "surprises". I would purchase this same model again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice fridge.We had a small space to put a fridge in and this fit perfectly. It’s roomy on the inside. The only thing I’m not fond of is getting a gallon of milk in there. Although the shelves are adjustable you do loose space to put higher items in. Some have said it runs loud, but I don’t think so. When it’s first turned on you will hear noises of the water running to the ice maker and that lasts about the first 24 hours then it’s silent. It made ice the next morning but you have to toss that first batch out. Overall I’m happy with the fridge and it’s a good fit for the 2 of us, but I don’t think I’d recommend for a bigger family.

Unfortunately we killed that one; but loved it so much we bought the petite version! We love everything about it. It is one heck of an appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this refrigerator about a month ago and it's working great. The water tastes a little funky from the door, but that is probably a local water or filter problem. Will hopefully clear up as the unit gets flushed out more. Overall very satisfied

I purchased this fridge a few weeks ago, as it was the only one that would fit in the small space. My 19 year old side by side fridge died. Love the look and functionality of the French Doors, I lowered the top right shelf so my gallon milk container and orange juice would fit. Fridge is quiet and keeps both fridge and freezer cold, external water dispenses cold water and internal ice tray makes sufficient ice. Wish LG would include a shelf that can adjust to a half shelf. Overall this is a great fridge that holds alot of stuff once you adjust the shelves. Really tall bottles and containers can be placed in the door bins. Do not hesitate to purchase this fridge if space is limited.
