Upon delivery, discovered it would not fit through the kitchen doorway and had to cancel. The store rep helped me find this frig and it's actually better because it has the water dispenser on the door. I love the deli drawer for storing yogurt and fruit cups for my 5-yr old grandson. He can help himself easily and we can see when the 'inventory' needs replenishing. The bottom drawer freezer is taking a little longer to get used to. Overall, AI am glad I bought it.

I expect the tech will be at my house sometime today - this is the third visit - trying to fix a weird malfunction in the water dispenser. I like the general set up of the fridge, but the issue with the dispenser is a real problem. I have to keep a towel on the floor because it dispenses water automatically after each ice dump.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What attracted me to the LG LFDS22520S refrigerator was the reliability ratings it received. The clean and modern style was also a quality that lead me to purchasing it. It's the first bottom drawer freezer I've ever owned, so it did take some getting use. Now I need to look down and dig down for items in my freezer, compared to my previous side-by-side refrigerator. One drawback to the bottom drawer freezer is that you lose a good amount of height in the refrigerator section due to the freezer being below. I have much less space for taller items such bottles and sauces. I can arrange the shelves to allow for more vertical space, however it's still a challenge to find the best arrangement. One positive of this style is having more horizontal space for wide items. But, I don't ever back wide cakes or need to store extremely wide items. One of the french doors does not stay open. I've tried adjusting the feet to level it, but no luck. Other than that, the refrigerator has been working just fine thus far. It is a bit expensive for the amount of features it provides. However, time will tell if the refrigerator provides 10 years of reliability, at which point it will be well worth the price.

We can find things easier with having everything at eye level. Items in our old side by side kept getting pushed to the back. We were restricted by opening and we had just 2 refrigerator to choose from. The LG French door or another side by side. We love the LG, so much easier to see things in the top and in the freezer. Makes a lot of ice too. The ice tray holds a lot. The only thing I wish for is smug resistance. Shows hand prints. Having a training issue with husband lol to use the handles.

The water isn't always very cold, but it gets there after about a couple cups. The light is chic and the fridge left open alarm is great. the freezer is spacious with a roller shelf. overall we like it a lot.

We had no idea that there are smaller options for the top French doors and bottom freezer. I have my water dispenser back and ice maker too!
