[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator does all that it was advertised to do - ice dispenser is reliable and fast; water filters well so the off-flavors from Southern California water is lessened; quiet main motor. However, the water dispenser makes a motorcycle-type sound when dispensing water. I will need to call LG to determine if we have a mechanical failure. Yes, we followed the instructions and dispensed at least 2.5 gallons to ensure the line is primed and no water bubbles remained in-line.

Right before Christmas my refrigerator started freezing everything. I turned down the temperature but didn’t stop. I had to replace quickly and decided to upgrade to a French door but my space is limited. This LG fit and was in stock. While it wasn’t my first choice do to shelf height, I am very happy with the purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is beautiful and perfect for our small kitchen. It did break down within three years of use, and the compressor needed to be replaced. This is no small part, under warranty. Not uncommon. Get extra service support at time of purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the unit except for a need for more space. The trays on the door were the only place tall enough to store milk and half & half. Two half gallons went sour before the expiration date. I had to remove half of a shelf to get enough height to accommodate anything tall. Otherwise, the product works well. The ice-maker makes loads of ice and the chilled water and ice are filtered. Huge freezer. Veggie drawers keep produce very fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new french door fridge is perfect in my kitchen; I've now got a matching 'suite' of LG appliances, and the sleek water in-the-door door feature and the deep door storage shelves are my favorite features. It is definitely an upgrade from the last refrigerator, and the stainless is so easy to keep clean and shining! The freezer drawer is very efficient and overall I know I will have energy savings with this model. Stunning!

The one think I was not expecting was the little noises it makes in the background. I noticed them at first but I guess I have adapted. Had I had more space I would still have gone with and LG however fingerprint resistant and bigger. LG’s quality in my view is superior.

Ice maker is quick and quiet-we have never ran out of ice yet, even with large groups. This was our first experience with LG and we will never purchase any other brand again!

I hooked up the water line to the exterior water dispenser and interior freezer ice make. They worked perfectly. There is a light to see when dispensing water and there is no dripping or leaking. The design is perfect. It is easy to access foods in the refrigerator. I am enjoying it immensely.

I always have ice ready and doesn’t break down like other ice machines. It’s not a lot of room inside but it’s enough for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for about a month now. The only reason why I’m not giving it a five is because of the freezer. Two things… I don’t like how you have to lift up the top shelf of the freezer in order to gain full access of that shelf and that you cannot take out the division in the lower part of the freezer in case you have a larger item such as an ice cream cake to store.
