The icemaker broke two weeks after delivery. Had to call for repairman. This is not what I expect for a new product and as of today I am not happy with this product. I have had this refrigerator for just about over a month now, so it is too early to review the rest of the features or functions. Just have to wait and see....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the refrigerator with French doors and a bottom freezer about a month ago. My wife and I love this refrigerator. It has a great indoor lighting system, fantastic extra space for items on the doors, and a large freezer area that opens up a second area for ice cubes and extra storage on a second level, as one opens the door farther. The refrigerator has a great seal set up as one closes the doors to keep the cold in. Items stay fresher longer with the ventilation of air inside when the doors are closed that keeps items fresher longer. It has an alarm on the refrigerator that makes a soft gentle sound if you forget to close the French doors properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the French door feature and storage features…..hate the finish as we’re constantly wiping off marks that we don’t even know how they got there. Try to remember to only touch handles and inside shelves to pull closed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are pleased to discover the reduced exterior size from the 33" width from our previous LG23Cu' did not noticeably affect the interior capacity. We enjoy the smaller exterior size without losing interior space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two years of struggling with a noisy refrigerator from a different company that also had its compressor go bad, we switched to LG. Not only am I pleased with the ten year compressor warranty on this refrigerator, I am overjoyed with how quiet it is. I am very sensitive to noise, and this refrigerator is almost silent. I was hesitant about not having ice on the door, but that hasn't been a problem at all.

We brought our refrigerator online and it was available for delivery in a week. That’s great as we live in a rural, mountainous area! There is a lot of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. I wish there were more options for arranging the shelves. The exterior is not fingerprint proof!

Sure, it is working in ways that our previous refrigerator had stopped working after 15 years. Being brand new, that was the point. You understand that certainly. Ask me again in, oh say even 5 years, but better yet 10 years. Who isn't going to be happy with a brand new refrigerator? Duh. If I don't have to repair or replace anything more than the filters for 10 years, then I'll give it a glowing review. Oh yeah, my wife thinks the stainless steel doors show fingerprints too.much, which doesn't matter so much to me, I want it to work like a fridge/freezer should, looks are secondary..
