[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were in the market for a new ref because of electrical damage to our old one. We looked at many brands, features and price ranges. We thought we would never find one to suit the both of us until we came upon the LG. The quality just seemed to be better for the cost. When it finally arrived, we were very pleasantly surprised by the amount of space available in this size ref. To this point, we could not be more pleased with our purchase. We are looking forward to many years of service, which is still to be determined.

I bought this refrigerator a month ago. I noticed a buzzing noise that grew louder within the first week. After a few weeks, the noise was fairly constant, and seemed way louder than it should for a new fridge. I called LG and the repair man came out. It was a metal wire rubbing on the compressor. He moved things around and the noise stopped. We’ve been happy with everything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with our LG. We were without a refrigerator for a week. We had ordered another brand from another store. On the day of delivery, it came completely destroyed. The store told us it could be another week to get a replacement. I call another store and it came two days later. It is perfect, and keeps everything crisp and cold. We are very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't believe any other mfr makes french doors, with freezer in the bottom, with water in the door, and with fingerprint proof that would fit in our very tight lake house. So, we love it and also bought an LG gas range and dishwasher. Ice cube maker is great - the cubes are a perfect size. Very happy with our decision to switch to 100% LG appliances!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an older person it is very much simpler to see everything in the refrigerator without having to get down near floor level to look at the back of shelves. Also with the freezer on the bottom, a simple bend at the waist allows me to see down in and be able to move stuff in the freezer without it falling out onto the floor and or land on a foot.

We originally bought another refrig with a top freezer which leaked when we switched the doors. Due to availability and size we were very limited and decided to try this bottom freezer. We had heard of the difficulties with getting LG parts and were skeptical. So far we are enjoying our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved to new apt with an old poor generic fridge so we measured and found LG had a narrow 30" wide French Door model that fit exactly. The French doors are the top 60" and the bottom pull-out drawer is the Freezer section. Exactly the design we wanted. Compartments in Refrigerator allow adjustment of humidity, the shelves are strong, lighting bright, and water dispenser in door very functional with water filter cartridge easy to reach & replace. One french door has a swivel edge to seal the gap and it "clunks" shut (magnetically) to make a good seal. I could fault the noise but it's a minor miss in an overall beautifully designed and functional narrow refrigerator. I highly recommend it.

We recently bought a home and needed to upgrade the fridge. This model LG was perfect because we have limited space in the kitchen. The French door style works perfectly and the fridge is deep enough for several bowls or a large pizza box. We are very happy with our purchase!

Took a bit to adjust but love having the refrigerator section on top and freezer below. Not as much bending as before and the two doors eliminate exposing the whole frig interior when getting something out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the size and flexibility this refrigerator should meet many of your expectations. Are only small concern and issue issue has been the water line and water filter. I believe the water filter that came with our unit is a bit faulty as I’m trying to get a warranty replacement for that particular item. The only other small thing to keep in mind is this refrigerator is not Wi-Fi capable even though it states it can be. Otherwise fairly nice refrigerator!
