Been buying this forever but lately it's hit or miss. Sometimes it's so crumbly you can't cut a decent slice. Don't know what's going on.

The cheese tastes great. I only wish they would have larger sizes of block cheese at Sam's Club. It seems to be a bit more expensive than a grocery store.

There are better cheddar cheeses out there but they would cost easily twice as much as Member Mark's brand. This is the best price for cheddar when I use it for cooking. I will pay more for a better cheddar when I'm just using it for snacking. Grandkids all loved this on crackers and when you're feeding 5 grandkids for 10 days it is very economical.

This is delicious cheese that is cut beautifully with a cheese slicer. The taste is just right; I don't care much for the mild or extra sharp. Two slices for the bread almost perfectly. I ate the cheese over a period of a couple of three weeks, and it stayed mold free and sliceable.

This is a good cheese that we use for so many recipes cincluding mac & cheeese, pimento cheese spread, grilled cheese sandwiches, cheesy potatoes, and beer cheese soup. I like to shred it along with the Member's Mark Colby & Monterey Jack cheese and use them together in Tex/Mex dishes and egg dishes. I will absolutely buy this again!

Our favorite & affordable. We prefer sliced cheese, but Sam’s can’t stock the sliced sharp cheddar. So this block cheese is our fall back product. Makes really good cheese sandwiches, especially grilled! Also shredded onto tacos or burritos. Or added to salads.
