Somehow I expected this cheese to be better than the local grocery-store brand. Eeew. I'm sure I'll get it eaten by diluting it and giving some to the dogs, but I'll be back to the local store for that delicious, firm "generic" cheddar.

The cheese tastes great but when you go to slice it w/ an electric slicer it crumbles like crazy and only about 2/3 of it turns into decent slices. and, they have to be thick slices or they will for sure crumble

Our family did a blind side-by- side taste test. Member's Mark Sharp Cheddar had better flavor compounds than Tillamook Medium. I was very surprised!

I think this cheese is awesome, to me it taste good and best of all its cheaper than gordons food market theirs is $5.99 for a smaller package

Just got this block cheese and it's already molded 😔 packaging says March of 2024. I barely got to use it

This cheddar is so tasty & half the price of what other stores sell cheddar for, so please, never stop stocking this sharp cheddar! :)

This cheese is very dry and doesn't shred as well as the other brand. VERY disappointed they changed it :(

I used this in a dish i usually use great value sharp cheddar in, and this was tasteless in comparison. Not near sharp enough.
