Block cheese to shred. It lasts longer for us when left in the block shape, and shred as we need it. Shredded cheese spoiles quickly, but block cheese lasts longer.

Good taste of sharp cheddar, and I like the package size-not to much for one person to use in a timely fashion but enough to have on hand for several uses.

By far the best price for a block of cheddar - of any kind of cheddar. And this sharp cheddar tastes amazing. I’ve never had a bad block. Delicious! Melts really well, too.

It really is better to greet your own cheese and this is a fantastic block of cheddar. That way you can be assured you don’t get any preservatives or any additives that keep the shredded cheese separated.

Good cheese for the price. I've purchased sharp cheddar cheese from an actual cheese store and found out there is a difference between Sam's club cheese and cheese store cheese. Go to a cheese store and compare you will see!

Contrary to what it should have been it is crumbling. I cannot figure it out whether it was freezed before or some other reason it is not solid when sliced.

The bars are not consistent in consistency. Some stay firm when served at room temperature some slump and get very soft. They all taste about the same which is very good

I love sharp cheddar. If this is used on the traps, I would understand why so many die trying to get it! For everyday sharp cheddar, it’s great. If you’re looking for some higher end stuff, while good, this isn’t the one you’re looking for.

Definitely worth the money. As someone who buys groceries for a family of seven, this is worth it. I’m normally one to buy high-end cheddar, but this is comparatively a better deal.

There’s nothing like freshly grated cheese. We like keeping this on hand to toss in the grater for whenever we need cheese. Everything is better with cheddar!
