This cheese tastes as good as the name brand cheddar cheeses. My family likes to grate this ourself so it doesn’t have the additives that pre- grated cheese contains.

While this cheese is a bit soft when compared to other sharp cheddar's I've bought, it is a good buy for the money. It's on the low end of sharp in my opinion. Melts OK when grated, not oily.

I have bought the Member's Mark block of sharp cheddar for years. Sort of glad it comes in a smaller block now, but I liked that a slice of the larger block fit a slice of bread just right.

Contrary to what it should have been it is crumbling. I cannot figure it out whether it was freezed before or some other reason it is not solid when sliced.

This is our go to cheese for almost everything. Great quality, not too sharp even for kids. I shred it and then its ready for cooking or adding to taco Tuesday.

The bars are not consistent in consistency. Some stay firm when served at room temperature some slump and get very soft. They all taste about the same which is very good

It really is better to greet your own cheese and this is a fantastic block of cheddar. That way you can be assured you don’t get any preservatives or any additives that keep the shredded cheese separated.

I love sharp cheddar. If this is used on the traps, I would understand why so many die trying to get it! For everyday sharp cheddar, it’s great. If you’re looking for some higher end stuff, while good, this isn’t the one you’re looking for.
