Not great. Meh tasting..not creamy and more salt taste than cheddar cheese. My hubby said it was fine but I didnt like it at all.

Not the texture or flavor I expected from a sharp cheddar cheese. It tasted more like American processed cheese.

We love this cheddar in its sharp and mild version. Every morning we have coffee and cheddar. Delicious!!!

Very economical block cheese. Great taste for very sharpe cheddar. The price fits well in my slim budget and I just cut the cheese as I need it to keep it fresher tasting. Stores well in fridge.

I love sharp cheddar. If this is used on the traps, I would understand why so many die trying to get it! For everyday sharp cheddar, it’s great. If you’re looking for some higher end stuff, while good, this isn’t the one you’re looking for.

The bars are not consistent in consistency. Some stay firm when served at room temperature some slump and get very soft. They all taste about the same which is very good

This cheese has been a staple in our family for years. Always a delicious favor. It's great sliced, shredded or cubed! It melts well in recipes too. Makes yummy grilled cheese sandwiches.

It really is better to greet your own cheese and this is a fantastic block of cheddar. That way you can be assured you don’t get any preservatives or any additives that keep the shredded cheese separated.

This cheese tastes as good as the name brand cheddar cheeses. My family likes to grate this ourself so it doesn’t have the additives that pre- grated cheese contains.

Contrary to what it should have been it is crumbling. I cannot figure it out whether it was freezed before or some other reason it is not solid when sliced.
