While this cheese is a bit soft when compared to other sharp cheddar's I've bought, it is a good buy for the money. It's on the low end of sharp in my opinion. Melts OK when grated, not oily.

Much better for sauces and snacks than the grated packs. The already prepared packs of grated cheese have additives like cellulose or potato starch which will ruin a good sauce. These 2lb blocks avoid that and make tasty sauces.

Good staple but not great. Members Mark is stuff is usually Great! I wish you offered an Extra Sharp version also, even if it were a bit more expensive.

It really is better to greet your own cheese and this is a fantastic block of cheddar. That way you can be assured you don’t get any preservatives or any additives that keep the shredded cheese separated.

The bars are not consistent in consistency. Some stay firm when served at room temperature some slump and get very soft. They all taste about the same which is very good

This is our go to cheese for almost everything. Great quality, not too sharp even for kids. I shred it and then its ready for cooking or adding to taco Tuesday.

We don't use sliced cheese fast enough before it spoils. A block of cheese is less expensive for us overall. We cut it into four 8 oz blocks, vacuum seal and freeze it.

Definitely worth the money. As someone who buys groceries for a family of seven, this is worth it. I’m normally one to buy high-end cheddar, but this is comparatively a better deal.

Very economical block cheese. Great taste for very sharpe cheddar. The price fits well in my slim budget and I just cut the cheese as I need it to keep it fresher tasting. Stores well in fridge.

I had to stop buying local grocery store's cheese. It molded within a few days of purchasing and had a bitter taste. Cheese from Sam's is a treat in comparison.
