Package had bacon congealed in a blob so not even one full piece, just shreds... I didn't need all the grease, had to cook as is and shred onto toast. Nearest grocery store is 30 miles to get other brands because Dollar General only carries Smithfield brands.

I always buy the Smithfield brand but I've never had the fully cooked version. No joke I'm going to have a hard time going back to cooking bacon. This is great to have in the house (recipes where only a small amount is needed, chopped in my salad, one or two slices with breakfast) I've never made bacon where I don't cook the whole pound. I'm not dirtying a pan or turning on the oven for a few slices. Fully cooked is the new goto!

I cook for one person, myself,and having this bacon on hand will make my meals easier and tastier! Everyone should keep this in their pantry.

We have bought Hormel Precooked Bacon for years and it was GREAT! Sams has changed brands to Smithfield and the quality is terrible. Very thin, tastes of liquid smoke and overall very disappointing!! Please go back to the Hormel precooked. You still carry the Hormel uncooked so the brand is there. Sadly reported, Terry F

Easy I brought this home and before I could even finish putting groceries away my kids had finished it all. They asked me to go back for more, so I handed my son the keys and sent him back to the store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its REALLY hard to impress this house with anything other than Oscar Mayer bacon. I didnt like having to use the coupon to purchase because they almost didnt accept, but i understand. The package is difficult to open. I purchased the center cut and it came apart very easily to place on the pan. The taste was okay but my kid did not like it and he eats bacon every other day.

I finally found some, and my family microwaved it to warm it up and scarfed it down before I could snap a pic! They said it tasted just like freshly cooked bacon, without the mess or trouble!
