We keep the package in the freezer once opened and just take out what we need. Quick, easily cooked. Check out the appearance of the strips in the package window so you can choose lean strips.

We still love our regular thick sliced bacon, but for any spur of the moment meals it is hard to beat perfectly cooked bacon on a paper plate in 45 seconds in the microwave! Great for sandwiches, burgers, salads, etc..

I purchase this fully cooked bacon regularly and keep it in my freezer . It heats great even frozen . The taste is amazing and I love the crispy texture. The fact that I don't have to mess up my kitchen with grease splatter is a bonus . I especially love it for when company is in town .

We really like the precooked bacon, however, it is not consistent in size. Sometimes the pieces are very, very skinny. I try to buy the wider pieces.

I really appreciate the speedy bacon at my house. We love our bacon with breakfast.. especially with pancakes! But you need to know a couple of things. The package recommends 5 seconds per slice in the microwave. Well, it depends on your microwave and the width of the slices. I would suggest lowering the time based on the width of the slices, and possibly based on your microwave. Sometimes the bacon strips are soooo thin, that if you don't adjust the microwave time down, they are nearly inedible and fall completely apart. You may have to try it a few times before it's exactly to your liking. Other than that, ENJOY!

Slices are so thin you can almost see thru them! Flavor is good but seriously miss a thicker piece of pre cooked bacon.

Smithfield is a descent product. Ive had worse. But the smoke for me could be better. The fat ratio send a good as you could expect for the product. The best thing is that you don't have to fry bacon in the house. Nobody likes that! You really need to warm it on the microwave. It's not that good right out of the pack. I just can't believe how little the bag is now compared to 4 years ago. At least 50% less at 3 times the price! Really!

I probably wont buy this again. The pieces are so small and thin it is almost not worth the trouble. The flavor is fine if you fold a piece over and eat a whole piece in one bite(not hard to do since they are so small!) I don't know if this is a true example of their product, but not sure I will spend the money again.

I only hate this for about 30 seconds and the bacon is so thin that it comes out so crispy that it just disintegrates in your mouth. So it’s kinda taste weird because it feels like you’re chewing on bacon bits instead of a piece of bacon. This bacon is just too thin.

I purchase this bacon regularly. I bought 2 packs this time, put one in fridge to eat and the other on top of fridge for later. When I opened the second package it was completely molded. I double checked that it was supposed to be refrigerated (only after opening package). I’ve never had this happen before. We typically love the thin and crispy bacon for quick breakfast or even a snack. I’m bummed to waste the $15.00
