I ordered online and it showed there was one fireplace available. Also I was in the store earlier that day and it was one on display and an additional one behide the one on display in the box. I immediately went on line and purchase the one that they said was available. I was tracking my item and it showed moving to pick up location. Long story short when my husband arrived to pick up item it said my item was canceled and told him that there were no more in the store. I called customer service and I was disconnected by someone. I looked on line and it also said my order was canceled but it gave no explanation to why. This was very very poor service. My account was charged and everything. I will give them a couple of days to see if they will return my funds to my account. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order items on line from Sam’s Club.

i picked it up at the club. Sams provided enough help to make loading a breeze. It was just as easy to unload with my wife and me. It looks fabulous, I love the color, build and look. Not one problem, perfect condition. I really suggest purchasing from the club.

It's beautiful. We've been wanting one for a while and saw our friend's and fell in love. I was skeptical of the delivery system after reading the reviews. The box did arrive with a few tears in it but the fireplace was in perfect shape inside the box. Fedex did a wonderful job with delivery. The colors of the flame are vibrant and the heat it puts out is just enough to warm the house without having to turn our heat on. It holds our 65 in tv perfectly with room to spare. It was already assembled which was a huge plus!
