Love this big fireplace/TV cabinet ! It came assembled. It's big and beautiful. So glad my wife looked on Sam's Club website and found it, I wasn't happy with the others we looked at due to the reviews and size of them. Very happy with our purchase !

The Ridley Media Fireplace Console arrived quickly with very little required assembly (almost all in one piece). Only the shelves and other minor assemblies. It works as described with multiple fire brightnesses/colors and temperature settings. The cabinet is very well made and looks great. We are very pleased with this purchase.

This console is beautiful. It’s sturdy and appears to be well built. I literally filled two contractor’s bags with packing; not a scratch. Heats my den well and the flames look so nice. I just wish there were more directions on changing the panels but the glass panes are dark so it’s not really a big deal . You will love it. The delivery process could be better; however the guy who brought the console was extremely helpful. You might want to express delivery is a two person job.

Purchased in mid-November 2023 after looking at a bunch of others at retailers like Wayfair and Big Lots, but went with Sams for their reliability in selling good products and have a great return policy. However, the first one was damaged. The frame around the fire insert was knocked out of place which I found odd since its packaged very well with a ton of cardboard so I returned it to Sams. I bought a second one and am very pleased with it. I do wish the flame size was a little larger but it's fine. The heater does put out a good deal of forced air heat. Make sure your sound bar will fit in the top slot, mine was too long. Its pretty much ready to go right out of the box. Also, the unit is pretty heavy and solid. The remote control is a great feature too. Can change fire colors, fire height, and there is a timer up to 6 hours, and a temperature adjustment control. I would recommend this to a friend.

We love this unit! I’ve looked multiple times for a fireplace cabinet like this but never found one that I thought was right until I found this one. It seems to be more solid wood than MDF, which I try to stay away from. The fact it comes fully assembled gives another clue of the craftsmanship and quality. The doors are even soft close hinges! You may pay less for others but to get this kind of quality, it’s a bargain. The side cabinets are very roomy and deep. We have a PlayStation 5 inside one as well as other items. You get to pick where you put the shelves so that’s a nice feature. Our Sony receiver, Bluetooth player, cable box and Switch dock all fit in the center shelf. The fireplace/heater is amazing. We don’t have a real fireplace in our home so getting to turn this on and enjoy the flames is so very soothing. The fireplace cabinet is not just a screen like I thought it would be. It’s a real insert with a metal caged front and is probably 6-8 inches deep. I was truly very happily surprised! The only thing I wish it had was the crackling sound of a real fire. Maybe they will come out with that next. I highly recommend this if you need a nice cabinet with the added plus of a fireplace. So far so good for us!

We are very happy with this purchase. The hard wood is a quality build and family and friends are impressed with the looks of a warm cozy looking simulated fireplace. It enhanced our home for sure.

Had mine for 2 years and the heater went out. Does anyone know if you purchase a replacement insert? I would have rated higher if it would have lasted a little longer.

I'm still trying to get frame on entire cabinet to sit properly. It took me 2 days to run out moisture marks. If I had way to return it I would have.

Item was delivered damaged. The entire center section was shifted and broken because this item was dropped on its top corner during shipping to the store. I contacted sams and never received a call back.

After waiting 10 hours for delivery, the item showed up in pieces. Some pieces were obviously damaged and there was no apparent damage to the box. It appears to have been boxed that way. After over an hour on the phone with customer service a supervisor had the audacity to offer me a $15 gift card for my wasted time.
